This is the most horrible experience I have ever had in regards to a company. I mainly decided on this company was because of the regard my deceased parents felt for the owners parents. Never use this for a reason. I was so surprised at the shoddy workmanship, timing and the lack of ability to order the correct unit which delayed the installation by 3 weeks. I was misled by the owner and what I requested to be done was not. The owner is difficult to work with when there is a problem. As a result of their work, I now have water all in my attic, mold and mildew, and the dining area has mega water damage in the ceiling , wall and hardwood floor. I rely on people to be honest and not take advantage. Be very cautious of hiring this company for anything. Photos attached. When I ask the owner why they told me the job was complete and it was not her response was I can not speak as to that.
