"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. I will definately be hiring this company in the future."

Although we usually do not accept sub-contracting offers, under certain circumstances, we will entertain the inquiry and check into specific details of a project. For our billing information and/or procedures, please call and ask us, or request our brochure to receive our billing procedures in full detail. We have many options available for project payment. We offer a 10% senior discount, 65 and older. We also offer a 10% discount for service members in the military and veterans.

And, because he'd be returning to sweep the chimney, he didn't even charge for that visit. What a wonderful surprise! Our later chimney sweep was thoroughly & cleanly done w/o soot getting into the house. This is a wonderful, successful family business that I'll definitely use again."
