+ -1 moreI wasn't getting any cool air coming from my HVAC unit, and my unit was icing up. I turned to power off to the unit when I was out of town. When I returned the night before my appt., I mistakenly turned the unit back on. So, when they arrived in the morning, they could't do anything since the unit was iced up again. They set the unit so it would thaw and said they would come back later in the day after some other appts. They showed up as they promised. My house is not easy to get to, so I extremely happy that they were willing to come back the same day. And, they didn't charge me any extra. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Freon charge.

Description of Work: Replaced heat pump, redesigned ducts for air flow, replaced thermostat, made additional returns for air flow, upgraded wiring for heat pump to breaker box.

Description of Work: Replaced Heat pump, enlarged air return vent and reworked duct work to comply with new 15 seer unit for heating and air conditioning. Rewired in breaker box to handle electrical needs for unit. Prompt, accurate, cleaned after themselves, and manager came back by to see to it all was taken care of. Excellent people to work with.
