+ -1 moreThe work was good. The trees look so much better and they cleaned up nicely. You hardly even knew they were there. But they did have a lack of communication. They said they would be there one day and they didn't show up or call. So we kept having to call them. They said they were behind from other jobs. Overall, very pleased with the work but wish they would improve their punctuality.
Description of Work: We had 2 trees trimmed. One over hanging our house and another tree that was overgrown.

Description of Work: Had more than 45 trees cut down; about 1/3 of these were 25 years old or older. Crew did an excellent job of cutting the trees and cautiously bringing them down while avoiding any damage to surrounding trees. Although it required almost two months to schedule this project, the crew appeared on the date promised. Cleanup after completing the project was highly satisfactory. While the project was job-priced (instead of unit-priced), the crew was diligent, hard working, and competent. Also, positively noted is that fact that their chipping unit was in good condition and never failed during the three-day project. The owner of the company gives forthright estimates and even actively participates with the work crew. Overall, we were pleased with the work performed for the price point. We do know of others working in the area who charged twice the amount or more for a similar work effort.
