Description of Work: Checked outdoor lighting. Installed fan in house. Repaired some outside electrical wiring. Found some issues that could cause danger to house. In process of obtaining new boxes for outdoor lighting to replace boxes that have failed. Very pleasant and reasonable. I plan to use him for all my electrical needs. Charge included travel fee and about 2 and 1/2 hours of on site work.

Description of Work: After finding out what the problem was, they had to come back the next day to take care of it. They had to run a power line from one of the residence to the other end, making an new hookup for the lights. They did a great job, very professional. I will definitely call them anytime I need electrical service. The service was around the end of March. I'm not sure of the exact date.

+ -1 moreMr. Gross, the electrician, arrived early on the Labor Day holiday morning even when we had not established a specific time to meet and surveyed my requirement for a new circuit for the outdoor spa. He left to go pickup a weather-proof switch which was required by code and returned quickly. He immediately set to work stringing the probably 50 feet of wiring underneath the house and up to the gazebo where the spa is located. He installed the circuit breaker, wire, weather proof switch and connected it to the spa in probably less than 1 hour. All of the outside wiring was installed according to NEC and attached underneath the gazebo in a very professional, workman-like manner. I could not ask for better workmanship or more professional work. I have additional things I need down and will not hestiate to call on Quality Electric again in the near future.
Description of Work: Mr. Gross, the electrician, installed a new branch circuit including a code-required weather proof electric swithc for the outdoor spa.

Description of Work: Doug Gross of Quality Electric provided new installation of a light/vent/heater (including creating new outside venting) in a bathroom being remodeled and expanded from half- to full-bath. Additionally, he provided outlets and switches for two new wall light fixtures and installed a new range outlet in the kitchen. He also relocated all wiring for a relocated water heater and audited the main panel for wiring irregularities, finding and rectifying one. This was the second time in recent weeks I have engaged his services. The previous time he provided a variety of wiring installations in my home which was being thoroughly remodeled. My satisfaction with the work then performed caused me to again have Quality Electric perform the services mentioned above. (And I will be engaging them again as my renovation continues.)

Description of Work: Doug removed several recessed light fixtures, replaced some with newer models, others were eliminated. He replaced 2 suspended light fixtures with 2 new ones that we provided. The suspended lights were much larger and heavier than the old ones requiring relocation of boxes and wiring. Replaced switch on the ceiling fan.

Description of Work: Mr. Gross with Quality Electric did the electrical on my new home, he gave helpful suggestions so I was able to get the best lighting for my needs. The work was very professional and at reasonable rate. They always did what they said they would do! He even helped me pick out my light fixtures.
