 + -1 moreNeeded entire heating/cooling unit replaced. Jerry Small at J&W came out to the house on the same day as the call near the end of the business day. He provided an estimate the next day and 2 days later we had a new unit installed. Jerry's estimate came in at very close to 3 times LESS than two other businesses. Do note that Jerry only installs Trane units. Spec-wise, the Trane unit we had installed matched or exceeded the specs on the model numbers provided by the other 2 businesses (and were not Trane models). Installation went flawlessly. Jerry also replaceded/installed our next door neighbor's unit. Neighbor firmly recommended J&W and I am passing the torch now and also firmly recommending J&W Service Inc. Thank you, Jerry, for a smooth-as-glass interaction!
Description of Work: Replace entire unit. Replace receiving hose to bring to spec from 16" to 18" diameter.

 + -1 moreArrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a blown outdoor fuse. I also had them check and tune up the downstairs unit. They made some suggestions on how I could improve the efficiency of the units myself.
