They did not show up on the day of the appointment. They also did not call to reschedule or let me know that they were not going to show up to do the work. Then i come home a few days later and see they left a door knocker on my door saying they did the work. I would rather have been there when they were doing the work so that I could have known for sure that they completed it. lack of communication was not appreciated in this situation.

They did a good job, very persistent, but got the gutters cleaned really well.

They were easy to get a hold of, completed the work quickly and did a good job with clean-up.

It went great. I didn't really know what needed to be done, and thought it might require replacing 20 feet of drainage pipe. Bill & his team figured out what and where the problem was, and fixed it for less than his estimate, since it only required about 7 feet of new piping. He also gave me some helpful advice on another issue, not related to gutters.

They do not come out and give an estimate. The estimate is over the phone, then they come out to do the job if you accept their estimate. I did not like that they will not call you before they come out to do the work, they just show up one day. All gutters were replaced. The first rain we had, 1/2 of all gutters had water running behind the actual gutter. We called p, they came out and added flashing to fix the problem. We realized today that there are other leaks and will have to call them again....

I was impressed with Triangle Gutters right away when I had requested a quote online through their website and was contacted only 3 hours later by Bill himself, who had already taken it upon himself to visit our home and look at the roof lines he'd be dealing with to give us a more accurate and informed quote. The same day I received a quote via email (after speaking with Bill via phone about our home and it's gutter needs), and the next day I was sent a folder from Triangle Gutters which contained a copy of the quote as well as two different swatch colors for the gutters (Triangle Gutters offers a wide variety of color options; our house is brown and we weren't sure which of the two browns they offered would match our house best). After signing the contract, Bill and his team were at our home installing the gutters within 3 weeks. Bill was there throughout the entire process, and he and his team were very efficient with their job, finishing in just a couple of hours (note: our home had not previously had gutters installed, so removal was not part of this job). The gutters were installed yesterday, and we had a good amount of rain last night and this morning to give them a good test and I have to say, it's a relief to not see pools of water sitting just 5-6 inches from our foundation anymore! It's very clear Triangle Gutters cares about their clientele and their work. I would absolutely recommend Triangle Gutters to anyone looking for gutter installation in the Triangle area.

The thing that I do not like about them is they are too damn pushy. Honestly, they did, they do nice work. I think they are pricier than they should be and they're just too pushy. They wanted to come four times a year. I said I live in the south. I didn't need them four times a year. I just don't like their pushiness.

They didn’t really do anything to prevent any clogging of the gutters. Basically now I realized that these gutters very easily and I need to get up there and clean them once a month and they didn’t really let me know that or let me know of any options of doing that. So, I just recently contacted them about that and they really basically said, oh, well, that’s just what happens when you have some trees in your lot – or something like that. They didn’t even, then, really offer any gutter guards or anything until I asked them and then even then they said they just didn’t really recommend them, but they didn’t have anything else to offer.

Perfect. Bill is very friendly, but he's also about business, a real straight shooter. He clearly knows gutters, and just as important, he clearly knows how to run his business. Bill was directly involved in every aspect of the process, from the estimate through the installation. He didn't pressure me with a sales pitch, but he did provide a nice folder with all the details of what he does and the material he uses to do it. (The folder and the information in it really swayed me.) Bill responded to emails quickly, and he had his crew at my house ready to go at 8:00am--right on time. And by the way, he, too, was wearing work clothes. I left to go to work after greeting him, and when I returned I was thrilled to see how good the gutters look. And on top of all of this, Bill's estimate was definitely the cheapest out the the several I was given. Oh yeah, he also didn't try to sell me gutter guards at over $15/ft. I would definitely go with Bill and Triangle Gutter again, and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

He has done it once before. Their responsiveness was very good.

Bill McCrorie contacted me the day after I sent in an online request for an estimate to assess the damage and repairs needed for my damaged gutter. He came to the house 20 minutes later. The work was done the day after I submitted my approval for the work. The work was done perfectly, efficiently and at a much lower cost than I would have expected. We will most likely be hiring Bill to unclog some of the French drains around our property.

The crew was curtious and efficient. They also cleaned up the yard after they were done.

After doing a very good job bringing my gutters up to standard last year, I use Triangle Gutters quarterly.

Please note, service provided was just an estimate for gutter replacement. Triangle Gutters works on gutters only and does not work on replacement of rotted or old fascia board. For that component of the service, they have a recommendation of someone to call. I'd say if you're considering a total replacement job on gutters that might include fascia work/carpentry, this is the only area where they don't provide a comprehensive, turnkey solution. Otherwise, I'd trust Bill at TG to do a fantastic job. TG even includes a complimentary gutter cleaning after installation, an offer I could not find anywhere else.

Triangle Gutters was very prompt in returning my call. Bill came out the next day and gave an estimate and explained what they would do and why. The men came, were very professional, got on with the work and completed it very well and quickly. No hassle, great job.

Good communication about estimate and time of cleaning. I was not home at time of cleaning, but a sheet was left that explained what was done.

Initial consultation for service was well-organized and initial gutter clean out went smoothly. (The owner thoughtfully sends out an e-mail reminder each time before the crew will be on site.) The repair work was estimated up front and completed in a timely fashion. I'm continuing to use Triangle Gutters for on-going gutter cleaning service. As with most cleaning services, the first time clean out is a bit more expensive (and thorough), thereafter, the price varies with frequency of service (the indicated $50 price reflects monthly service.)

Called this past year for an estimate to clean my gutters. The owner came out and gave an estimate for quarterly care @ $252.00 for each cleaning. Seemed high but we wanted to make sure that our gutters would be debris free - especially on the west side of our home where there are large trees. Didn't really notice any issues until early April; while cleaning up my flower beds I noticed that one downspout had an large amount of debris clogging it. Literally coming coming out between the gutter and the ground. This was surprising given that after each previous cleaning the report given was that all was clean and the water was free-flowing. Obviously not free-flowing in this downspout. I called the owner and left a message and followed up with an email. He stated that his guy must have missed it and that the debris was likely only about an arm's length within the gutter. And that they could check it when they come out for the quarterly cleaning. For me, that is unacceptable. Given the amount of money paid to ensure that the job is done correctly, an arm's length clog doesn't cut it for me.

Bill McCrorie returned my email inquiry right away. He was very professional and explained the service options. Once we agreed on the service and a day, he performed a through cleaning of all the gutters and downspouts on the house. He checked them for leaks and problems after cleaning out the leaves. Once finished he informed me of wood damage he noticed while on inspection. He gave me several suggestions of how to deal with that [not urgent] problem and later emailed me an estimate for making the needed wood/fascia repair. I was very pleased with his service and will have Triangle Gutters continue with a bi-annual gutter service. I plan to also ask him to return to make those additional repairs.

They are great and highly recommended.

This company did a good job cleaning my gutters and for a good price, as I have a big house and a separate garage with gutters. I used them for about 5 years. The only reason I stopped using this company was because I found it too difficult to set up timely appointments. I wanted my gutters cleaned religiously twice a year (after the Fall leaves and after the Spring pollen) because in the past I had water damage in the house from gutters that overflowed because they weren't cleaned enough. At first I called the owner to schedule the cleaning at the appropriate times, but I could never schedule a firm appt. time and they would always have to fit me in and call me back when there was an opening because I guess when I wanted my gutters cleaned was when everyone else did too. I was OK with that, but sometimes it took weeks before they could be here for one reason or another. Eventually I asked them to please put me on a regular schedule twice a year so I would know it would be done at the appropriate times. I did get emails from the owner to schedule the appointment and I emailed back to set it up. The final time I used them they didn't respond to my email or voicemails for a few weeks and by the time they did respond to set it up, I had gotten tired of waiting and found someone else to do it. The new company charges me a little more, but I don't have to chase them down and they're here at the appropriate times to get the work done. What I would say about Triangle Gutters based on my experience, is that they're a good company to work with if you are very flexible with scheduling appointments and don't mind if they can't get right out to do the job. I did find I had to chase them down somewhat to get my appointments scheduled and for that reason this company gets a "B" rating from me instead of an "A".
