Lawn Care Employees Do EXCELLENT Work But Office Staff By Far The Most Unpleasant I have Ever Dealt With In My Life. They Did Our Lawncare For 8 Years And We Were Happy With The Work The EMPLOYEES Provided Which Is Why We Continued To Use Them. Recently Sold Our Cabin And Contacted NLC To Possibly Extend The Services To Our New 10 Acre Property Just Outside Blowing Rock. Had To Contact 3X With No Return Response! Thanked Them For The Years Of Service In MY Final Email And Got NOTHING Back In Response Except Final Bill! Seriously??? Not Even A THANK YOU For Paying For Their Services For 8 Years Always On Time. They Need To Work On Their OFFICE STAFF Manners For Sure. UNPLEASANT Is An Understatement.

It was hard to schedule the service on the date we needed it, although we contacted the company three weeks out. There appear to be communication problems between the office down near Salisbury and the workers up in Ashe County. In addition, there was a huge increase in price since similar work two years ago. In 2015 we were charged $425 for 10 man hours (at $30 an hour) including a $125 hauling fee. This time we were charged $400 for 1 man hour and hauling fee, not itemized. The two workers were great, hardworking, efficient, and cleaned up well. I hope they got $125 an hour for their work, based on this bill.

Northwest performs this service every 6 weeks on a slope of about a 40 degree angle .

Overall they are good. I have to stand behind them and push for them to do a wonderful job but if am not there, the work may not be quite so good. They do not have a supervisor that travels around with them. I would use them again in the future. They are cheap and they will surely be there once you call them up.

They are agreeable and very knowledgeable. I explained to them what our needs were and what the budget was and they were able to take care of everything. They are easy going and easy to work with. They do a good job.

Provide service on consistent basis over the last 3 years. Ready to provide additional services as needed.

They are very neat and on time.

They've always been professional, polite, work diligently and complete tasks fast. Unfortunately they don't do residential snow plowing, or we'd use them year around.
