+ -1 moreIn all this work, John and Donny had ample opportunity to demonstrate their versatility and attention to detail. They stained oak boards to match the flooring, and shaped the transition to fit around the rocks of the big rock chimney and hearth. They were careful to leave a quarter inch space between the laminate floors and the walls to allow for expansion of the laminate. They created stained oak transitions at doorways. In addition to considerable home improvement work they have done for us, we have observed the building of 2 new homes on Secluded Lane from the ground up. Their diligence and quality of work is very impressive. And the cost of their labor is fair and reasonable. They were efficient in their use of time and materials. They kept us informed of their work schedule and asked for our input when decisions needed to be made. We are happy to recommend them for home construction, repair, or improvement.
Description of Work: Installed new metal roof including flashing around a big rock chimney, applied caulk between all exterior vertical logs (log cabin), installed laminate flooring in full living area including living room, kitchen, hall, and 2 bed rooms, enclosed carport to create a garage, and are currently in process of installing new kitchen cabinets.
