Description of Work: Called first thing in the morning with a fridge/freezer that stopped working. He was there before lunch and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes.

+ -1 moreThey charged $75.00 to come out and check everything out and call me later with an estimate, which was good for 30 days, and if we chose to have them repair the appliance would be taken out of what we owed for the bill. We felt the information we got was well worth the $75.00 and, although, we bought another washer instead of having the old one repaired, we were very impressed with the service as far as it went and I would definitely call them again in the future if we are need of an appliance service.
Description of Work: My washing machine stopped agitating and I called this company and left a message. My call was returned the same day and a service rep. came out within the week. Dan explained everything there is to know about washing machines and pros and cons. He recommended what kind of new one to buy, if that was what we decided to do, which we ultimately did do and we are very happy with his recommendation. The company gave us an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the old machine and Dan also looked at a problem I had with my refrigerator while he was here, and we received an estimate for repairing that as well.
