I do not like them. They cleaned my house for a couple of years and I thought that they were expensive for what they did. I would not use them again.

The team from Teeples arrived on time and wasted no time bringing in their supples and starting the job. The team leader spoke with me about my expectations and asked if there were any areas of concern. That was a good thing to ask because I was able to point out that the plantation shutters were not yet installed, and I asked her to be careful with the silk curtains and white sofa. My house (five bedrooms) was sparkling! I saw no area that was untouched, and I am very satified with their promptness and fees.

After they canceled our and quot;standing appointmentand quot; WITHOUT prior notice two weeks ago, today I learned that the owner of this company, Tammy Teeples only wants customers who will NOT complain about areas that her workers failed to clean. As soon as you complain to her or mention to the workers about (the tub still being grimy, floor still dirty after getting mopped, etc.) she will tell you that you need to take your business elsewhere. As a paying customer I felt the right to speak up if I wasn't getting quality service. But, who was I kidding -- getting and quot;good' customer service these days is seemingly non-existent almost everywhere. When reporting today's unruly incident to Tammy, she repeatedly made excuses for the rude behavior and less than mediocre work of her employee(s) today while blaming me for expecting so much. Therefore, I reminded Tammy that we are PAYING customers for a house cleaning service and should be able to bring issues to her as we all get acquainted with each other until things are ironed out and satisfactory. I offered to pay more if need be to get my rugs done each week. She bragged that she'd just gotten 6 or 7 (her words) new accounts so as a matter of fact....they would no longer have a spot for me because I kept reminding her workers of repeated items overlooked. In addition, on two occasions we overheard the workers speaking negatively about my family members (my special needs child and myself) as we were home while they were cleaning. Which I also reported and was met with justification or an excuse. Tammy was NEVER present when they came to clean our house. However, she defended the unprofessional behavior of her worker, Jennifer who is theTeam Leader and basically called me a liar twice when I explained that and quot;againand quot; my rugs were overlooked. She stated that although I was looking at outside dirt still under the throw rugs she was confident that Jennifer had cleaned under them because she said she had. When I asked Jennifer to correct items that I was paying them to do she refused to do it citing what sounded like a rehearsed script and left my home. I found 5 areas that were left incomplete or undone as they drove away and I was on the phone with Tammy. Jennifer was rude, argumentative and disrespectful to me as a customer. Tammy defended her as a and quot;good christian girland quot; that goes to church with her. However, this and quot;good Christian girland quot; gave me plenty of attitude which (I could later tell was probably scripted by Tammy), refused to correct two very small areas that would've taken 5 minutes to do. Jennifer made a point to tell me that they had already been at my house for an hour! I failed to see how that was my problem if it takes your crew that long to and quot;1/2 wayand quot; PROPERLY clean a house. I would be glad if it only took 20 minutes as long as things were done in a quality manner....which it was not. I never had many requests except every single week I had to remind them of the same missed item(s); my rugs to sweep under. Very minor....but too much pickiness I was told. This company has a lot business in Moore County and is very profitable with (according to the Owner) a customer base of mainly Senior Citizens. She often mentioned to me how she has soooo many houses that they clean. I feel that this is the reason that Tammy was so and quot;uncaringand quot; and totally and quot;unconcernedand quot; about losing our business as it was her suggestion that we find someone else to clean for us. It appears that they're use to dealing with customers that just pay them regardless of quality or leave them a check without bothering much to look over the job done BEFORE they leave. My husband wanted to fire them weeks ago...but I prevailed in refusing to do so because I didn't see what he was seeing. On a previous visit he'd overheard them verbally ridiculing me because I requested that they dust a small area. WARNING: Do not hire this company IF you want a good, thorough and a precise cleaning of your home or business. Do not hire this company If you feel you have rights to voice your concerns if you're not getting what you signed up for or what you're paying them for. Do not hire this company if you dont want the owner to justify to you the reasons why her workers have a right to give you attitude. When I got my quote at my house, Tammy described herself and the company as Christian and involved in church. But, do yourself a favor and LOOK at her behavior and that of the 3-4 women that she'll send to your house before you're impressed by her demeanor of a sweet, chatty, friendly and genuine Christian business owner. Do not be fooled by this! She will listen to you but keep a scorecard of every complaint or thing that you speak up about (even if it's only the 1 same complaint) then decide to drop you as a client. The price she quotes I found out was based on the workers only being allowed to be at your house for a certain amount of time even if areas are missed. They always keep checking the time and Tammy keeps calling the Team Leader after about 30 minutes of arrival to find out WHY they're still at your house and not at their next job yet. They sign up for too many jobs to do so they'll shortchange you when cleaning your house and then try to rush out the door. This is the treatment I got yesterday even though they were a and quot;NO SHOWand quot; 2 weeks ago meaning we didn't get our house cleaned for 4 weeks, yet they still expected to clean my house in 30 minutes or less?! And blamed me for expecting more.. Tammy told me that because I keep pointing out my rugs that this team dreaded coming. How rude and unprofessional to tell a paying customer! I only asked for the rugs to be swept under the corners; only the corners!! This company had already decided that since I happen to want and expect TOO MUCH of them that they would again do a poor job today (Jennifer would have her say and let it all out to me with plenty of attitude) so that I when I reported it, Tammy would then tell us to take by business elsewhere which she did. What a class act! Save your money and do not waste your time with this company. They don't care about customer satisfaction but just about keeping the customers that don't speak up and keeps paying them for their LESS than mediocre housecleaning. And I just want to mention that upon them leaving my house I immediately took my broom and was able to sweep up a and quot;dust pan FULL of dirtand quot; from under just the ends of my rugs hardwood floors that they claimed to have done.
Description of Work: Bi-weekly housecleaning of our 1 story 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms vintage cottage. Cleaning was suppose to include bathrooms, floors, kitchen area, vacuum/sweep carpets and underneath as well. My complaints: Tub not cleaned Floors not swept and/or mopped repeatedly despite reminding them on each and every visit 2 weeks ago, the owner Tammy Teeples cancelled us on the day of service at the SAME time they were due to arrive as I was waiting for them. I later learned that the reason the owner gave for the cancellation had actually happened the day BEFORE yet nobody bothered to inform us until the "morning of" after we'd already canceled appointments and outings to be home. Rugs NOT done repeatedly Shower done unsatisfactory with many areas overlooked Entire room skipped on one occasion without any cleaning. This was a room that was included in my quote and had always been done. When I had to point this out -- they grumbled and complained because this extended their stay

I was very satisfied with TEEPLE'S JANITORIAL SVC. There were five girls that came in. They were done in an hour. They were there on time and everything was done the way I wanted it. There was no mess.
