Description of Work: Replaced a Kitchen Faucet and installed a Kitchen sink after a complete remodel. They had to make 2 different trips for install, as the quartz counter top fabricator had mis cut the hole cut out for the sink. They were very prompt, friendly, concerned and accommadating. Would not only use their services again, but highly recommend them. |

Description of Work: Bad. I just wanted an estimate. Their business was within 3 miles of my home. Had to come out twice; the second time because he didn't give me a full estimate in what I'd asked. Charged me 80 bucks each time. Bad business to charge so much, especially for just an estimate! Went with another local business and got A+ service.

I got immediate response the next day (I called them late in the day), and they took care of the problem. They called back the following day to make sure everything was working properly.

Description of Work: Checked problem causing sewer backup in septic system, causing pump failure. Found solids side of system to be full; arranged for pumping out. Installed new risers over septic tank. Did excellent job of replacing sod.

When he worked on our shower, he continued to problem solve until he fixed the diverter. I would highly recommend his firm, and we will definitely use their services again.
