Description of Work: Repaired and replaced front porch |Posts and rungs. Also treated the flooring. As far as I can tell at this time it went very well.I am very pleased.

Description of Work: I called Michaels manintenance and asked if he was interested in repairing a deck and some other smaller jobs that needed to be done to the house. He said yes, and that he was in line at lowes and would call me back in 10 minutes, he never called back. I guess he is not interested in local business.
