My interaction with him was excellent. He had set a time and it was within a half hour. Then he actually called and asked if he could come sooner because another appointment was cancelled. He was very neat himself and the faucet works fine. I will absolutely use him again in the future if the need arises.

We purchased a Fannie Mae home. We had an inspection done and as expected there were several issues with the house - some more urgent than others. One of the more urgent was what the inspector described as possible leak in the wall behind the kitchen sink. We called another plumbing company to investigate (before we closed, so this was done long distance.) The plumber that came said we had a leak under the sink when we ran the disposal and that a pipe had been disconnected under the house. He reconnected that pipe and we decided to wait until we moved in to address the disposal. The night after we closed on the house, I was doing some dishes and suddenly the water from one side backed up to the other and then we heard a pouring sound under the sink... no disposal running but every drop of water in (now) both sinks was pouring into the cabinet below. I had initially called Jesse about remodeling a bathroom. While that job hadn't been a good fit, he was really professional and helpful on the phone so I called him back with this problem. By this time we were back in FL loading moving trucks, so Jesse went to the house, found issues that the inspector and the other plumber had missed, took pictures and gave me a detailed explanation. He was very sorry that he wouldn't be able to get to the job for about a week and even suggested that we might want to get someone else to do the work and avoid the wait. Having already had 2 people miss the problem, we decided to wait and I'm really glad we did. Jesse showed up when he said. Worked hard to fix our problem and didn't leave until he was satisfied that everything was draining correctly. They left the area clean and even charged less than he initially quoted. I have never appreciated being able to do dishes before, but I do know!! :) Excellent experience, would use again and would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time, replaced pipes, repaired sprayer and cleaned up when finished.

This job required Jesse and his employee, Joe, to come out part of several days in order to work around other contractors' schedules. This company was very accommodating. We would use them again.
