WAS NECESSARY TO kI THOUGHT I WAS BUILDING MY DREAM HOME IT TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE POSSIBLY BECAUSE I AM A SINGLE WOMAN ARNOLD DIDN'T FEEL IT WAS NECESSARY TO FULLY DISCUSS THE FINAL PLAN OR THE WAY IT WAS EXECUTED A LOT OF THE PROBLEMS AROSE BECAUSE OF LOUSY SUB CONTRACTORS THE PLUMBER AND PAINTER WERE ESPECIALLY AWFUL NON THE LESS AND LA CABINETS STINK

As we live in the house we have found things that he did not do properly. We’ve had plumbing issues. He did not lay the shower pan correctly and had an enormous problem with a leaking shower pan. We were without our master bathroom for about 4 months. The leakage caused some mold. That was the biggest thing. I would just say that he didn’t finish things particularly well. The plumbing would be the worst thing. Cabinets had to be replaced as well as the tiling. There should have been a pan laid beneath the shower but there was nothing there. It was free to leak out into the adjacent area. We also have heating issues. The rest of it is just trivial because it adds up. He just didn’t do a very good job. I just don’t think he was very careful and didn’t take his time. I feel like he is accustomed to making himself look professional in presenting everything. But his work and professionalism just didn’t match up. As time goes on we might find out what else he didn’t do right.
