+ -1 moreThey are very friendly people this is a husband and wife business. Billy and Scotty are always good about getting back to us when we call. If its an emergency they come within a couple of hours. They are fast and do quality service. We have never had a problem or complaint.
Description of Work: They replaced the evaporator coil on the A/C unit.

+ -1 moreThe repairs made to my home by this company were shoddy. When I contacted them with pictures of the work after about 3-4 months the pictures arrived before my message. They immediately offered to give me an ESTIMATE to make repairs. When I explained that the pictures were of repairs they had done within the last 4 months they did not reply. Attempts to contact them since have been unanswered. I can supply pictures of the work they provided. Their itemized statement does not reflect, accurately, the work done. The employee "in charge" frequently left "day help" working alone for several hours at a time.
Description of Work: Following an especially strong rain storm I had a gutter to fall. This company had been recommended to me and I called. It was nearing Christmas (2008) and they assured me that it was a simple repair. However, once I committed to the repair they found "rotten fascia boards", and then "rotting shingles" then extra support for the gutters was needed, and many other little things. The project that was supposed to take 2-3 days was dragged out to almost 2 months. Touch up painting over their repairs was the wrong color and a section of window frame that was repaired only received one coat of paint. They did call once to say they were coming by regarding the painting, but it was a very inconvenient time and I asked them to come another time. I never heard from them again.
