Description of Work: Reestablish foundation after tree damaged.

Description of Work: I contacted Tom regarding a concern I had with my garage cement floor. Tom asked me to send some pictures to him. He was able to let me know that what I was seeing was normal wear of a 15 year old garage floor. Tom was very responsive and did not charge me for his expert opinion. I will definitely use Atlantic Foundation and Repair with I do have an issue with my house that needs repair.

Description of Work: They installed a new pier and footing, and some foundation drainage. The construction of the pier was not installed per code. It was not until I threatened with litigation and report the to the better business bureu and the building official that they came back and rectified the problem. That took almost 1 year.

Description of Work: They installed 7 helical piers around the side of my house to repair the foundation. They removed lots of landscaping which we agreed would not be replaced and they moved it to the curb for local pickup. The project was originally scheduled for one full day and one half day, but they finished it all in one day. The area was left in excellent shape; you would never have known they were there. I would highly recommend this firm; they were professional, efficient and courteous.

Description of Work: The owner, Tom Holland arrived to review the proposed placement of crawl space pier supports that were left out when the home was built in 1987. Tom was very knowledgeable, considered other ideas to resolve the problem/postpone need for expensive work. We decided it was time to do the work and signed on. The crew arrived on time with all needed supplies, were considerate of my in home office work, did a big job in just 2 days with complete clean up and follow up when issues arose with the refrigerator in the kitchen which had been improperly propped up during leveling process. Tom really knows his business and is worth the time to work with him and his great team. | |

Description of Work: foundation on west side and southwest side of house began to settle and substantial cracks appeared in brick wall. Atlantic installed piling to shore up foundation. Aprox 2 years later some settling recurred and Atlantic had to return and adjust the supports. Since then there has been no more problems with my foundation. Original work was done in Oct 2007 and re adjustment done in 2009. I am well satisfied with the work done, my only complaint was with the time required for Atlantic to respond to the request for re adjustment.

Description of Work: I had some problems with them; they finally came out and did some repair work that they needed to do. The work they did was okay, but once they ran into problems they were trying to get out of it.
