They did a good job and followed up quickly to install a riser. Good service at a good price. BUT... I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me.

The whole process was quick and easy. Jason reached out to me immediately to give me a quote and schedule the appointment. Then Michael and crew came out a few days later (on agreed on day and time), and quickly and efficiently handled the process. Michael answered all my questions throughly. I would highly recommend this group!

It was pretty good. It was expensive because it was an emergency thing and he had to come out and it was on a weekend. he came out and did it and did well. It was a nightmare I am trying to forget. Super professional knowledgeable guy who is very responsive to your needs.

Great, called Jason in the evening with our emergency and he was able to get a team out to our house the next day. Ended up discovering and taking care of multiple issues. Each step of the way Jim and team walked me through the issues and options with cost estimates and pro and cons. While we ended up spending more than we hoped due to the age and state of the system, we are thankful to All American Septic for the timely and thorough work they did, including clean up and leaving our yard in as good of shape as possible.

The first time, Feb. 2016, we called All American we were very happy. They fixed our problem in a timely manner and were fairly easy to work with. However, when our problem came back 10 months later and we contacted them for assistance, they were immediately defensive, refusing any warranty, were late arriving, and hard to get on the phone. After coming by and trying to pump the tank in the dark when they couldn't inspect the system, we asked them to please come back the when there was enough light. They explained they could do that but it would cost us MORE than what we paid the first time. Then it was very difficult to get them to answer the phone to reschedule. We never minded paying to get the system fixed, but did think they lacked professionalism. Ultimately we found another company that fixed the solution at a very good rate and in good time.

Fantastic! They came within two hours of calling. I could not use the toilets, sinks, laundry, dishwasher, showers, etc. Was very desperate! They were extremely fast and professional!

It went fine, no problems except the lids were not tightened back on ("they were cracked:") and no solutions were provided to fix the issue.

We initially scheduled a septic cleaning using Angie's List coupon, but added the additional cleaning of station since needed. It was not pushed on us! We chose to get everything brought up-to-date at this time. We'll certainly call them in the future for any needs!

A team of two arrived as scheduled and pumped out septic tank. The team was very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to assist with determining if a slow shower drain was related to the septic tank. I will definitely use them again in the future.

On 6/29/15, I called All American as a result of a septic smell in the kitchen sink. They arrived on 6/30 and pumped the septic. They were on time, courteous and were good-natured in dealing with a barrage of questions from my husband and me (we?re unfamiliar with septic systems). As the week progressed, we waited for the septic smell in the sink to die down, but it persisted. Around 7/2, we scheduled an appt for 7/6. Over the weekend the smell seemed to dissipate, so I called and cancelled the appt. Within a day or two, the smell was back. This time, there was no courtesy and the guy I dealt with was downright gruff. I was put on hold several times and then the line went dead. Subsequent calls went to voice mail with no return call. Long story short, we?re right back where we started.

They called an hour ahead of scheduled service time to see if they could do it sooner. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Uncovered problem with distribution box that left unfixed would have cost us thousands to fix.

It was icy and cold (18 degrees) and this young man rolled up in his "honey truck" smiling and happy to help. It took very little time and he cleaned up afterwards. This company showed up the day I called, before 17:00, even though I called in the mid-afternoon and were nothing but pleasant and professional the entire time. He even put up with my stupid jokes with a smile. Will definitely be using this company again, just hopefully not for quite a while.

Called All American because my drain line was clogged and my sink was completely plugged up. Scheduled appointment and they showed up promptly and were ready to work. Drained the grease trap and did their best to clean the drain lines running from the Kitchen/Laundry room to the trap. They couldn't completely unblock it. They cleaned the lines as best they could and they performed an additional service of pressure hosing the lines which they didn't charge me for when it didn't quite work. I have to say it's not because they didn't try.... I wound up having to call Roto-Rooter to finish the job. Overall...The two men that came out were knowledgeable about what they were doing. Made every effort to help me correct the problem with the tools that they had.. I have kept their card and will definitely call them back in the future.
