All American septic was good. Scheding was easy and they arrived on time. We have never had the system drained or had maintenance done on it and the technician did a good job evaluating the system. The only reason for the B grade was that the tech needed to borrow some tools to remove the septic systems covers and also borrowed a broom to get to the filter to change it. Of course the broom had to be disposed of after that. Finally, after the technician left I noticed that there was what appeared to be mud on the outside of one of our trashcans. it was not mud. The tech had apparently brought the old filter around and threw it uncovered into our outdoor trashcan resulting in whatever was on the filter getting on the outside and inside of the can. I would recommend requesting if they will remove the filter with them or at least proactively provide a bag to them to put it in.

The came within the first 24 hours of the called, arrived at their scheduled time, diagnosed the issue in about 45 minutes after previous company "claimed" to have fixed my problem only to have it break within 48 hours. There repair was quick and quite bluntly less than I expected to pay. Friendly crew and they support our military. What else could you want?

Tech called a half an hour before arrival and arrived on time. Tech was friendly and explained what services he was going to perform. Tech performed work that was discussed and notified me upon completion. No issues and I would recommend All American Septic,

I called All American Septic on June 10, 2014 as the alarm on my septic system was going off. I was told someone would be there that day (by noon). Jim showed up in the afternoon (a couple of hours after the promised time, but that was okay as I was home anyway). He quickly determined that my pump was bad, and installed a new one that afternoon. This corrected the problem with the alarm, and my system started working again. Jim discussed routine maintenance with me, and asked when we last had the tank pumped. We never had this service, so he suggested coming back the next day to pump. He also suggested replacing the control box, as there was evidence of wire burning in the box, it was cracked and had water damage. On June 11, Jim called early in the morning to confirm we were pumping out two tanks. He arrived on time, replaced the control box, pumped the tanks. He was professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions. He showed me the filter (that should have been cleaned yearly) and showed it was totally clogged and I was likely to have had inside problems very shortly if I hadn't called. Cost: Pump $975 Control Box $1200 Pump 2 tanks $475 (with Angie's list discount)

Arrived on time. Very careful of all property items and well as minimizing impact on surrounding lawn when digging up the concrete cover and lid. Worker cleaned up entire area and any affected areas in driveway. Very pleased with their work.

We called All American after another company failed to come back to complete their work. Jason was helpful and informative and they came out the next day to fix a slow drain from our outlet box. They had to dig in order to identify the problem, which was roots obstructing an outlet pipe - causing slow drainage. They were up front and honest about costs and kept us informed the whole time. They were also extremely fast and efficient considering the amount of work they did. The work was done for the buyers of our home after the home inspector noticed the slow drainage. All American gave us a clear, itemized receipt and said that we could have the home buyers contact them with any questions.

We hired an electrician to run electricity to the back of our property, and in the process of digging a trench for the wires, he cut through all 3 septic lines. ARGH!!! We looked up Jason on Angie's and he was great! Called him at 8:30am and explained what happened and he said he'd be out in less than an hour. He was here by 9:30am and got everything fixed, no problem. Now we're up and running again. Very reasonable pricing for such an immediate service call. Thanks Jason! Would definitely call/use him for service again.

I called and scheduled an appointment. He came out & informed us that we have two tanks (we only thought we had one). He gave us the choice to let him hire someone to dig access to our 2nd tank, or to dig it out ourselves. We chose to dig it out ourselves. He showed us where to dig. We dug it out, and called him to come back. He came right back & pumped out both tanks.

They guy was really friendly and took his time and did the job correctly.

Everything went well, they were on time, friendly and quick.

They answered on the first call and they came out the next day (we have had previous problems with another company not returning calls). They were very professional, and courteous, showing up early in the morning (in a nice clean truck, uniformed shirts, etc) to accommodate my work schedule. While they were there, they also inspected the system and seemed very honest and knowledgeable. Eventually we will need some pump repairs and plan to use them for that, too.

They came on Thanksgiving Day. Need I say more?

They did a good job. Their price was reasonable. It was a weekend. We had a problem. They came out and took care of it which I appreciated. They were also extremely polite, helpful, offered information on how to improve our septic system, referred me to a website where I could buy it cheaper, and returned my call.
