Description of Work: They pumped out the septic tank and pressured out the drain lines. They were punctual and very thorough. They covered the septic tank back up and cleaned up the ground. They were two very nice young men. I would use them again if the need were to arise but they were so good and thorough that I don't think I will be needing them in the near future.

Description of Work: I called them this morning to request a septic tank inspection for the house I am buying. The guy on the phone informed me that they do not do inspections but he could refer me to someone. I said "great." He then mumbled something I could understand and asked me to hold on. I sat on hold for ten minutes before getting frustrated and hanging up. This is not indicative of good customer service.

Description of Work: I called them mid to late afternoon expecting to have to schedule the cleaning for a day or two out. I was shocked to receive a call within 5 minutes from a technician who said he would be there in 15 minutes. |He arrived right on time, performed the service and was gone before I knew what happened. Would definitely recommend, and I will be using them next time around. |

Description of Work: They were polite and punctual. Advised (and showed) me that old work was crumbling and explained very well why I needed to replace a pipe. I did not feel like they were just trying to sell me something, but that they were genuinely concerned about the state of my septic tank.
