Description of Work: I had done no maintenance on the garage door in almost 12 years. It was running very rough and loud. They came out and made an assessment. All rollers and both springs were replaced and some alignment was performed. They were extremely courteous and helpful and the door runs like new!

Description of Work: This was a garage door tune-up, lube, and safety inspection. Since our door is about 20 years old, Brian suggested that we might consider replacing it. However, my husband had just recently done some work on it, and we decided to keep it for awhile longer. Michael made a big difference in how the door functions. It is much quieter, and we don't have to worry about safety issues in the near future. He also left us a brochure with options for a new door, and I have already picked out the one I want to use, when that time comes. And, now, we also have the name and number of the installer we will use. Thanks Brian!
