These guys were awesome. That were honest and pleasant to work with. They ended up replacing 20 year old springs along with doing preventative maintenance on my doors.

Tech quickly identified the root cause with the door opener that was creating the problem that initiated servicing. He fixed it. Downside is he seemed to want to find stuff to fix, but then I needed stuff fixed. Repaired opener is still fairly noisy, which I had expected to go away with the repairs. It could just be the opener. But it is repaired and working, so the work seems to have been done well.

Very well. Service tech was on time, had all necessary materials with him; clearly explained need to replace old springs; work was done quickly and efficiently, no mess left. The service tech answered any questions and basically gave a brief tutorial on garage door operation. I hadn't expected to have to replace springs, but his information made it seem sensible. Couldn't compare pricing beforehand, because the scope of the service exceeded what I had thought it would be. But I imagine price was in line with other local companies.

Super! The serviceman was prompt and very professional. He did the garage door tune-up and noticed that the cables were in very poor condition. He showed them to me and I had no idea that they were so bad. He explained what could happen if a cable snapped, but was not pushy at all about having his Company do the work. He just wanted to let me know. Just after he left my house, I decided to have him do the work. He turned his truck around, came back and completed that job also. My garage is now working great. This Company is Top of the Pack GREAT!!!

EFFICIENT! COMPETENT!! PROFESSIONAL! I called the office and talked to a pleasant woman named Amber. She gave me a ball park figure and got me scheduled the next day! She showed concern that I could not get in and out of my garage. Kenneth came the next day with a CALL AHEAD to alert me he was on his way (very helpful). He quickly advised me of my options and the price to repair one malfunctioning door. No pressure to repair my other malfunctioning door! He showed great expertise and kindness and had my door running SO SMOOTHLY in about an hour! I am finding excuses to go use it just to see it in action!!
