It was perfect. He did recommend that the spring be changed. He said I had a wrong spring on but he wasn't really pushy about that. He left all of this information. Because he wasn't pushy, I'm going to call him back and do the spring. He was responsive. The way he handled everything, he will be my go-to person.

It went great! The contractor suggested replacing my springs and a bearing as well and while he was doing that he was able to re-align the rails and make the door run a lot quieter. He took care of two different garage doors and openers for me.

Fabulously-- The gentleman Brian was wonderful -- explained everything to me and answered all my many questions ( I remember when I was a child and the spring in the garage broke and we couldn't get the car out for 3 days and I never to have that happen to me!). It turned out Brian is actually the owner of the company and he will have my business forever. I have let my neighbors know through Next Door networking group about him so grab him fast as he's going to get very busy.

Excellent - got an Angie's list deal, knowing that my garage door had some issues - it was loud (it's aluminum, but it had definitely gotten worse), and it was creaking/squeaking way too much. Brian came out and after inspecting it and taking it off the opener realized that the springs were undersized for the door - it wouldn't stay up when opened a few inches. He was able to replace the springs (and take more of the load *off* the opener) and finished by re-tightening and adjusting the tracks. Works great! Well worth the $$$.

I don't like spending $$ on home maintenance items, and I can't recall being happier spending $$ on something house-related than on this project. We scheduled a tune-up inspection as the house is abt 25 years old and it had never been done since we've been here (8 years). They were prompt in scheduling service, showed up on time, and called ahead of time giving a 30 minute warning. During the inspection we learned we had a few broken hinges, a spring was missing, and the door didn't stay up when disengaged from the motor. Basically, a sword of Damocles over us each time we passed through the door. I'm glad I made the call. We talked through different options - rebuilding key parts, replacing door, replacing motor (ours was from 1994 and past the 16-17 year lifespan. They were very up front with options, prices, etc. We opted to rebuild the door and fix the hinges. Also we went ahead and replaced the motor (was a chain drive, now a belt drive). We even added a wireless entry keypad. Here's the best part - they pack their trucks full of supplies. Once we made our choices, I asked when they could do the work. Their response was 'right now, I've got all the stuff I need in the truck'. 1.5 hours later every thing was replaced, fixed and programmed. The garage door sounds MUCH quieter, it isn't a death trap, and we're feeling much better about it now. In the end, I appreciated the promptness and communication, the collaboration and options for finding a solution, and the swiftness and professionalism that the work was done. We didn't expect to spend that much $$ on a tune-up call, but are really pleased with the results and experience.

He will work with you on any cost for any work you may be interested in for the garage door. However, Brian quickly diagnosed that the spring was weak (door would not 'rest' at correct height) and that both doors had either been installed poorly or had drifted out of alignment somehow (or both). The garage doors and hardware are probably 15 years old, so some issues are expected. Fortunately Brian was able to observe the behavior where the door stopped on its own and realized that the sensor was going bad. 90 minutes later both doors had been fixed and are now much quieter.

I had placed a call to All American Overhead Garage Door after receiving an email from Angie's List for a tune up special. We knew the garage door was not working properly and figured we would have Brian come out to tune up and hopefully take care of our problem. Brian came and assessed my garage door on June 1, 2016. He asked me a few questions and was able to recognize we had a broken spring which was causing the problem. After he explained the situation I made the decision to have numerous parts replaced being the age of the garage door. Brian was professional, efficient, very pleasant and explained everything in "layman's" terms for me. I would recommend Brian and have already referred him to a neighbor.
