All American Overhead Garage Door

It went well. It was kind of rushed. They came in and did some quick things. It actually felt like they wanted to sell me more services on top of the Big Deal. They wanted to replace my spring because the previous garage door company didn't install them correctly or they didn't have the right parts. I felt like they were making up stuff to do. It was more of a sales pitch than just showing up and doing some basic tightening of bolts. Two people came out and they were here only 15 minutes. They did show up on time.

They came out the week after I bought the deal. It was probably around early October, 2016. There were no additional costs. He came out as we had scheduled it and agreed to by the two of us. He came out on time, got the work done, made some suggestions for me and everything worked out good.

The service was excellent. There were two technicians that came and worked for about two hours. They were wonderful, I even told them if I could get everyone I hired to work and be professional like them I would be happy.

They really did a good job. I ended up having them do both garage doors and I ended up having them put in a new spring system, so it ended up costing more than the Big Deal purchase. There were 2 people doing the work. It took them maybe 2 hours or maybe even less. They didn't have to spend too much time doing it. The area was clean.

The company got back to me very quickly and scheduled the visit in a very reasonable time frame. The results were amazing. After servicing the door sounds like a completely different system! It is so quiet that the dog no longer barks when it opens. In addition, Brian told me about potential future reconditioning needs, but was helpful in pointing out that they were not immediate needs, which allows me to plan them for a future time. I could not be happier about the work that was done.

Fantastic!!! My opener burned out last night. I called as soon as they opened this morning and had all the work completed by 200 the same day. The owner, Brian, is very professional and responsive. He was great about working around my schedule. The prices were very reasonable and he mentioned his appreciation for Angie's List customers. This is a small business owner who clearly takes great pride in his business and customer service. So nice to see this these days. I can see why this company has so many great reviews. Will definitely use again if needed and will refer this company to my friends.

These guys performed a minor miracle! My garage door is so much quieter than before. They also took the time to show me what they were doing and gave some great advice.

I was delighted to find door opener did not need replacing -yet. It is a matter of time, but no pressure to do it now. I will call them back when the time comes. Very satisfied with service!

Quickly, he worked alone. He recommended the changes and priced them. I may have done better to negotiate price, but it was clear that the spring needed replacement since the builder put in a spring that wasn't strong enough to lift the door. He didn't have the correct rubber gasket on the truck and came back a few days later to replace it. This was more cosmetic then functional.

Brian was very responsive, calling to check if arriving before the scheduled time was OK. He arrived right on the agreed-upon change, was courteous and efficient. He went out of his way to answer questions and even corrected a problem that was not part of the purchase free of charge. Will definitely use again and I recommend this business very highly!

It was okay. It turned out to be a bit expensive because he did fix something. He charged extra on the Big Deal price. He said that the cable was weak and putting mush work on the generator. He recommended that so I went ahead with it. My garage door is about 2 to 3 years old, so I was surprised that it needed something but that is what happened. As a customer, I'm not really sure where the problem was. He was friendly, professional and did his work in a surprisingly short time. It seemed like he did the job very well.

They do great work. Courteous, punctual. Make suggestions on potential improvements/maintenance but do not pressure you into expenses you don't want. Very pleased with their professionalism and quality of their work. Highly recommend.

It well very well. The gentleman was very nice and knowable and gave suggestions as to how to remedy the problems and make it safe. We accepted his suggestions and agreed to pay extra to completely fix the problem. Very pleased with the results.

The guy was very, very good. He did some other work that I paid him for. All total, it was about $430. He came out in a couple of days, he didn't take any time. He contacted me the same day or the next day. He was very, very good. I would definitely use them again. What he did particularly well is that he was very very thorough in checking the complete operation of the garage door. We had an issue with the wire not working, for the light and he took care of that. He fixed it at his expense.

After checking the garage door, rollers and springs, it was suggested that we replace the springs and rollers because they were showing wear and tear. We went ahead and replaced the rollers and plan to have the springs replaced soon. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional.

Garage door units were inspected and deficiencies were identified. Two solution options were offered with the less expensive option being selected.

Brian responded right away, was professional, FAST, thorough, easy to work with, and had everything on his truck - no waiting for parts.

This was fine. I had no problems with the service.They came when they said they would, they were polite, they explained everything to me that needed to be done and they did it. I was satisfied.
