A Clean Solution LLC

I had done some research regarding the best methods used to clean Oriental rugs. The method presented by A Clean Solution seemed best to follow the recommendations that I had found. I liked the idea that my rugs would be given great individual attention and care. I was pleased with the job that they did and would happily hire them again in the future. I was also grateful that they were willing to hold onto our rugs for about three weeks while work was being done on the floors in our house. They were very customer friendly and did a great job on our rugs. I would definitely recommend them!

He did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very nice and he came back and made sure everything was right. I would absolutely use him again.

I have used A Clean Solution before, and the carpets always look perfect. It's fairly quick and doesn't leave the carpets really wet, just barely damp. Totally pleased every time.

He has cleaned our carpets for the past 4 years or so. Always shows up on time. Easy to schedule with. Works hard. Sweats. Moves small items. Gets stains out. Doesn't leave a mess. I think he is not leaving any soap in the carpets because they stay clean for while until my three children make them dirty again.

Amazing!!! Originally called to have our oriental carpet cleaned (10 years old and never cleaned). Scott picked it up that afternoon (Monday) and returned it Friday morning (earlier than promised!) He is an incredibly nice and professional person. The carpet looks fantastic! Price was more than fair! We just bought a home and I asked him to assess/give me a quote on cleaning our hardwood floors and wall-to-wall carpets (sunroom, family room, stairs, hallway, four upstairs bedrooms). Scott told me that the hardwoods really just needed a good vinegar/water wash, not his professional cleaning. I was greatly impressed by his honesty, as he could have easily said they needed a professional cleaning and charged me for such, and I wouldn't have been the wiser. He did recommend cleaning the carpets, they did have stains on them (which I thought were permanent because the seller had supposedely had the carpets cleaned in July), and my daughter has severe allergies. He explained that he uses no chemicals and what he does use is baby and pet friendly. Scott knew that we were anxious to move in, so he offered to come out the next morning -- Saturday -- to clean the carpets. We were blown away by his desire to help us expedite our move-in process. When he was finished with the carpets, he left all of the ceiling fans on to aid in the drying process and gave me instructions on when we could walk on them/put furniture on them. The carpets look new! All of the stains are gone! He was so respectful of our home and time. We got so much more than what we paid for! We will definitely use Scott for any future carpet/hardwood cleaning needs and will recommend his services without hesitation. We couldn't imagine a better experience. Thanks Scott!

OMG...I nearly had a heart attack when I sat down in my beautiful upholstered chair with a glass of red wine and it sloshed out the glass and onto the fabric!! I thought it was ruined and my husband was never gonna let me replace it. I called A Clean Solution the next day and Scott came out to my house, treated the stain, the chair looks brand new and it didn't cost me a small fortune. The professionalism and service was absolutely perfect...thank you!!!

It went great. Nothing more needs to be said. Scot is very professional, on time and does it well and I have always been happy .

It went well. Scott was efficient and did a great job. He was careful to keep me informed on price when anything extra needed to be done. When he finished, the bathroom and shower looked like new!

They are fabulous. He is the nicest man. If something ever comes up, he will come right back out to make sure everything is right. He is fast, neat, clean and very efficient. His cost is very reasonable and I would highly recommend him.

It went great. they arrrived on time , went right to work and finished in about 1- 1 `/2 hours.

Came home one day, to find that the dog had gotten a bag of candy corn from the pantry. Needless to say, she ate the whole thing, and then proceeded to throw up on our Oriental rugs. I tried to get the orange stain out of the rugs, but didn't have any luck. So... I joined Angie's list and started looking for someone that was highly recommended. I am so glad I did. All appointments were on time. Our rugs look amazing! They feel clean, they look fabulous, and there is no odor. Definitely the company for me!!!

.I called A Clean Solution and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Scot came out and spent over an hour trying different cleaning solutions that would work on those particular stains. He also cleaned the seats of four other chairs with the set. He was cheerful and professional throughout the experience. Even when I called him the day after that to tell him that the chairs had dried that the stained areas actually looked cleaner than the rest of the chair seat. He came out the next business day and treated both chairs again at no extra charge. Later that day the chairs dried and looked uniformly clean. I could not have been more pleased with the service and Scot's good-natured demeanor and professionalism.

He did not assist in moving the furniture as he said he would. He cut the carpet too short in places which are beginning to fray, and the tack strip is not holding less than 30 days later. The carpet in the area of main concern to me was not tacked down, and can actually be lifted from the floor and quot;nowand quot;. When I pointed this out to him he said he would address it. I inspected it and informed him that it was lifting and the tack strip by the door was not holding. He called me back and said after consulting with another expert, they would have to come out to determine and quot;ifand quot; my carpet could and quot;actuallyand quot; take a stretch. I understand that I have builder grade carpet and it was discussed this in great detail at our initial meeting. If there was a question as to whether the carpet could or could take a stretch, it should have been determined, discussed, or mentioned at the time of evaluating the job. I had scheduled a cleaning to be done two weeks after the stretch. Based on the lifting of the carpet I don't feel comfortable putting water on it. I will probably take my chances with a dry clean to prevent any further lifting of the carpet. He was very personable and nice and I think the price was fair if the job was holding; but in today's economy I don't have $100.00 for job that after the fact, may not have been adequate or appropriate for my needs.

The website is very good. It gives very good instructions on how to prepare and what to expect (what to move, etc.). It was very easy to prepare, since I didn't have to move any furniture. All I had to do was remove non-furniture items off the floor. He arrived very promptly, worked very efficiently, and got rid of the stains! He was friendly and polite. And I must add that the "he" that came to do the cleaning was the business owner himself! The work was not intrusive (all I had to do was keep the cat out of the way for a few hours). And I could walk on the carpet immediately (although I chose to leave the house). The next day, I simply removed plastic squares and blocks from under furniture legs. I will definitely call him again.

He got lost - which frequently happens as our address doesn't show up on most GPS devices - but called and explained. He arrived, walked through the house with me and made sure he understood what all I needed done. He set right to work and went about his business without disturbing me - as I was working. He had to do the couch a couple of times to get it presentable but put in the effort. He was polite and professional and finished the job quickly. I was surprised at the results - stains were gone and the carpet and couch looked better than I had hoped. I would definitely use Scot's services again.

This was the second time we have used this company for this problem with this particular rug. The kitty manages to take a liking to the rug periodically and then returns over and over. We thought the rug was ruined the first time and Scott was able to not only clean to my satisfaction, but the kitty didn't bother it for almost a year. As pet owners know, usually once a spot is soiled repeat violations are inevitable. I don't think that the kitty's problem this time had anything to do with residual smells in the carpet from the first cleaning, so kudos to the company! The rug was returned this time in the same perfect condition that I expected and I'm always thankful for the prompt pickup and delivery too.

They were reliable, courteous, trustworthy, and efficient. They moved the furniture on their own. Their price was also reasonable.
