+ -1 moreWestern Carolina Garage Door came the next day after I called. They assessed the problem. Had the parts on the truck. Did the repair in under 15 minutes. Team cleaned up the area and were very professional. They knew how to work in my gated community.
Description of Work: I had a golf cart garage. The spring broke on one side.

Description of Work: I ordered a garage door - they were very helpful in the selection. They scheduled the install in a reasonable period of time (about 2.5 weeks) The installation crew was professional, on-time, and courteous. They did a great job - no complaints at all.

+ -1 moreIt took this company several days to get back to us when we called about getting an estimate. Apparently they were short on help that week in the office and didn't have anyone working the phones very well . It was not until I called a second time that they sent someone out. The guys were very nice, saying it was going to be a very "simple easy, inexpensive job to do. " About a week later, when the parts came in, we had the work done, this time with a different crew. They appeared to be in a hurry, and they told me something different - that they "could not " repair the dent , and could only replace the bottom strip. But I persevered and asked them to try to repair the dent. After a few bangs with a tool, the dent was repaired no problem. Overall they did a good job though and I would go to this company again for work.

+ 0 moreCame promptly to look at garage door, the bottom of which had a small amount of rot. They said the bottom panel could be replaced, measured and said they would get back to me. After not hearing for a week, I called and was told they would pull the file and get right back to me. I never heard from them again. It is possible, on an old door, they were not able to provide the right size panel, but it would have been helpful if they had told me this.
