 + 1 moreTomas did a professional job. Clearly he is a perfectionist and understands that the job he does is important. After moving to Asheville, it has been hard to get service done on projects because people will say they will be at my home at a certain time on a certain day and never show up. After finding TM Projects on Angie's list and calling, Tomas was here the next day to give a bid. Since he was so prompt and was the only person we heard from, we asked him to do the job. He was here today, a week after first meeting him, and the project I needed done was done to perfection. We will certainly be calling Tomas back, and we highly recommend him!!! You will not be sorry.

 + -1 moreNo issues. Tomas is responsive and can get things worked in really quickly. There was an optional $25 up-charge for 'deodorizing' the carpet that was not mentioned until the cleaner showed up. Seems that would be a normal part of cleaning, and if not it would be mentioned on first contact. I opted to pay the extra $25 for the deodorizer, because who doesn't want their carpet totally cleaned. I didn't realize cleaning and deodorizing were separate services and would recommend that Tomas mention that when first discussing the project with potential customers. Otherwise, quite happy with the job performed.
