Great, Thomas called and came for estimate in 2 days. All work was completed in 1 week. Super job, deck looks new perfect color match. Would use TM projects for any future projects!

I was extremely pleased with the job Tomas Mendez did. He spent several hours pressure washing, scraping and caulking the weathered soffits for repainting. He and his team carefully applied two coats of paint to the soffits, shutters and door surrounds on my home. The result was a very professional job. I would definitely hire TM Projects again.

Tomas and his crew could not have done a better job. They were wonderful. Such hard workers working into the evening hours to complete the project as quickly as possible. Tomas texted me a return text that same night and set up a meeting to provide a quote, estimate including supplies and and start date. He was always reliable and worked with me on the purchase of supplies as well as return of unused materials. He was aware of every aspect of the job ensuring measurements and quality work. I could not be more pleased. I would, and already have, referred him to a number of my neighbors for their houses. He was a pleasure to work with.

No one else has ever done such serious prep for painting the deck. They spent 3 hours washing and then sanding in prep for painting (solid stain). They also put on 2 coats and filled in woodpecker damage in several spots.

From the start of the project Tomas and his assistant were timely, professional and extremely hard working. Tomas is a perfectionist and the end product reflects it.

Tomas and his assistant gave our bathrooms and mud room a “like new” appearance. They are extremely hard working men and the end result shows their dedication to the job.

Tomas and his guys did a great job! The got an incredible amount of work done in a short period of time, and they did all of it very well. Our deck--which was in terrible shape--now looks brand new; our carpets are pristine; the wallpaper in the half bath is lovely; and the landscaping looks great, too. They showed up when they said they were going to come, and if they got held up (or if the weather was not cooperative), they called to let us know. We would definitely hire them again!

Tomas was great! He paid attention to detail, making sure he laid out carpet covers and patched holes and sanded before actually painting. After letting the paint dry, he asked me to double check and let him know if there were any spots I wanted touched up, while he was doing a final Inspection himself. there were a few that he touched up. you can tell he takes pride in his work, which he does a great job. hire this guy!

Tom's did a wonderful job. I especially like that he took before and after pictures of his work without me asking.

Tomas has done it again. He arrived, after calling, 15 minutes earlier than he had told us he would be here. We called him to lower a wall desk. This turned into a bigger job than expected as wiring had to be moved as well. Tomas arrived at 11:15 and was done with the work by 1:30. This even included a trip to Home Depot for the purchase of wiring to move the wiring. We called Tomas after work he did for us two years ago. He put up blinds for us and then constructed valances to hide them from view (3 windows) after we decided we did not like the look of the blinds being seen. Tomas is efficient, has a great work ethic, and he is quick. We will be calling on Tomas again for jobs we will need to have done. We highly recommend him!!

Tomas was exceptional, not only in his craft but responsive and professional through text and email.

Thomas sent me a text to confirm when he was arriving and arrived on time. He was extremely polite and efficient . He did a wonderful job and our chairs look new again . We were very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again for other projects.

Tomas was extremely thorough, hose looks great! Our Roof venting and gutters were pretty discolored but Tomas got them looking like new. He was VERY well priced too! Planning on using him again in spring to re-stain our deck

After requesting a quote from three contractors on Angie's List, Tomas was the only one who replied back saying he would be glad to come by and give me a quote. I have a small home with vinyl siding that I wanted painted. Tomas was very prompt on the quote. And it was very reasonable. I told him to go ahead and do the job. I couldn't be happier. Very professional from the get go. He and his crew did a thorough pressure wash and was back promptly to do the paint job. He had a rep from Sherwin-Williams come by so I could consult with him about painting vinyl siding. The house looks great. I highly recommend Tomas and TM Projects for any home improvement projects you may be considering. I will certainly use him again.

Tomas was awesome from the very beginning! He responded back to me immediately to set up a visit for an estimate, and was there exactly on time. He quickly and efficiently measured and assessed, writing everything down, and gave us a well thought out estimate within just a few minutes for painting two rooms and carpet cleaning on the house we’re getting ready to move into. He was very professional and super polite, and promised that he would work us in as soon as he could before move-in date. And sure enough, just a few days later we heard back from him, saying he could be there the very next day. I’ve been dealing with a bunch of “professionals” during this move who never call back, or don’t show up, or sock us with a huge inflated bill for poor work, and it’s been really frustrating. Tomas was a complete pleasure to work with! Beautiful work, dependable, honest, punctual, professional....and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. He was there at 8 am and worked hard until almost 7 pm. I even suggested he come back another day to do the carpet cleaning, but he wouldn’t hear of it. He has a big van with all the equipment to do painting and carpet cleaning, a true professional in every way. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that he took great care to keep our house clean as he came in and out, putting down cardboard to walk on and wiping his feet each time he came in from the pollen-filled driveway, much appreciated with our allergies! I didn’t have to ask him to do any of this. When he finally left our house looked cleaner and so much better than before he came....the painted rooms were beautiful, and the carpet looked like new again. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I’ll definitely be calling him again! Thank you, Tomas!!!

Tomas came to my house the same day I called him and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. A few days later, he and his partner spent nearly 90 minutes pressure-washing the deck. They were very thorough. The following week, after the deck had dried, they returned. They carefully sanded the rough spots before re-staining the deck -- a process that took about five hours because the deck is large and required two coats of stain. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and would absolutely hire TM Projects again.

Tomas and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They were available to work right away, arrived when they said they would arrive, and did great work while at our house. We will definitely hire them again for future projects.

I purchased an deal on Angie’s list for an interior room paining for $99. TM did a wonderful job. He was great to communicate with when scheduling the job. They showed up on time and completed the work as promised. I have already recommended them to a coworker.

We have had 2 separate very positive experiences with TM Projects. We first hired Tomas to paint our daughter's small bedroom. He worked us in quickly, came on a weekend late afternoon/early evening to accommodate our work schedules and timeline, and provided a professional paint job at a very reasonable price. About a month later we hired him again, this time for carpet cleaning services. Again, professional, prompt, and worked us into his schedule within a week. Our carpets are pretty much shot and need to be replaced, but with two small children and another one on the way, we are putting off replacing them. I was so pleased with the outcome. He was not only able to get out multiple stains and high traffic area dirt, but the carpets have renewed life, appear more fluffy and feel more soft underfoot. Tomas is responsive, offers fair and competitive pricing, and does quality work. I would highly recommend.

It went well except for dark circle in LR floor. Have not been able to communicate with them.
