Tammy was quick to respond to my request for a quote. She came out to the house. Although her quote was slighter higher than the others, I chose Tammy because she seemed professional and had great attention to detail. I have used her ever since. Tammy has cleaned my house for over a year now and I am very pleased. She is flexible if I have to cancel. She is dependable and always comes to clean when she says she is going to be there. I have a dog and I am not home most of the time when she cleans. She is great with pet hair -which is EVERYWHERE!! If I need her to pay extra attention somewhere, she will do that. My summary - She is dependable, honest, trustworthy and has great attention to detail. Everything I could ask for in someone to clean my home.

The three of them moved very quickly thru the h ome. The cleaning was hit and miss. Very disappointed.

Really like Tammy. Completely trustworthy. She and her team come in and start working at one end of the house to the other immediately. Most of the time I'm not at home. She comes every two weeks and very accomodating, since I've had to cancel a couple of times and she works me in to stay on two weeks schedule. Would definitely recommend her anytime.

Remarkably well. I had been looking for help with house cleaning for a long time and called Tammy after reading about her on Angie's List. I can honestly say that this was one of the best service provider decisions I ever made. Tammy works with her mom, Darlene, and they are exceptionally thorough and efficient. They attend to every detail and when they're done, the rooms are fresh and spotless. They are highly competent, personable and reliable. I'm grateful to be her customer.

"This home is not lived in by [Member Name Removed]. Her disabled daughter lives there who is herself unable to clean. It was a one time cleaning. The home was in very bad condition. The floors and furniture was covered in animal feces and cat litter. The showers were covered in mold and mildew and stained to the point that even though they were clean they were still stained. The toilets were covered in human feces and urine and cat hair and looked as if they had never been cleaned. The furniture, drapes, and window sills were covered in cat hair, feces and cat litter. No one, especially a disabled young lady who cannot care for herself, should be living in a unhealthy home like this. My other reviews are a testimony to the quality and care that I put into my clients homes. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was hoping for a miracle that simply could not be delivered. I did the very best that could possibly have been done for her daughters home."

I've been using Tammy for nearly a year and I have always found her reliable and flexible and very reasonably priced. If I need her to pay additional attention to a specific area she will and usually doesn't charge additional. When I DO need an extra service, however, she gives a reasonable estimate and works it into her schedule accordingly.
