During the emergency, we all endured over the Christmas Holiday 2022,with frozen/burst pipes, Joel and his Team were here to our rescue! They provided excellent services to five family homes and resolved issues. Joel is an excellent, compassionate and caring communicator! His experience provide precise diagnostic determinations to find and fix the problems in 5 house holds. Amazing! Absolutely fantastic! Aaron and Precision Restoration and his crew were FANTASTIC. If felt so good to work with someone who was on top of details, who I felt I could trust, and who was able to uncover all of what was needed to fully get rid of the mold and put things back together.

I used Precision Restoration Services after a water leak from my dishwasher flooded my kitchen ruining the floor and the ceiling below in my home gym below. They were excellent. They immediatley sent out a crew to move things and dry out my cabinets and walls. They left machines drying 24/7 for a week. They were meticulous in their efforts to prevent mold. They worked with me and my insurance company to make sure that everything was covered. My new floor, molding, ceilings are beautiful. I would highly recommend PRS to anyone that has restoration work to do.

Went extremely well. We relied on Precision to help us through a difficult situation. They performed all necessary tasks efficiently and with a minimum of disruption to owners. Their work was just what was needed, with no extra disruption at all. Showed up when they said, and followed up to make sure things went well. Know how to document all aspects of the work for submittal to insurance company. Answered our questions and made sure we understood what was needed. Joel Klopp is a very professional project manager in all respects. Scott did a great job for us running the team which did the mitigation work, sometimes in tough circumstances.

They did a great job of getting the mold out of the basement and restoring the basement to the livable space that it was before the problem. Great people and a great company!

We contacted Precision Restoration Services (PRS) after we discovered a large amount of mold growing inside our incorrectly built (unvented) cathedral ceiling. Aaron's estimate was in-line with, and actually a bit lower than other contractors we had contacted. Once we realized that all our furniture was going to have to be moved out of the house, we decided to have PRS do the flooring and kitchen work that we had been wanting to do anyway. Aaron and his employees maintained excellent communications with us. They saved us a lot of money by stopping work to wait for the insurance adjuster to come inspect the insides of our ceiling after the drywall was removed. They kept us informed every step of the way. Every single employee of PRS was exceptionally professional and a joy to work with. Most of the subcontractors that PRS had to bring in were also excellent. We have worked with several different contractors and tradesman over the years, and the experience with PRS was the best we've ever had. Every step of the way PRS used plastic to shield areas from construction dust. There was never trash or construction debris spread around the house or yard. Of course there was waste, but they kept it contained and hauled it off each week. At the end of the project they cleaned everything that had been affected by the construction. They didn't just sweep, they dusted furniture, windowsills and fixtures and cleaned floors. When the project was complete, the house looked like a home. All of the construction was of excellent quality. The employees of PRS are all craftsman who clearly take pride in their work. All of the construction and painting was done with exceptional attention to detail. At the completion of the work, Aaron walked through the house with us and prepared a punch-list of work to be completed. We noted a few things, but he pointed out some things that we didn't notice. I would not hesitate to use PRS again, and highly recommend them for any restoration or general construction projects.
