Excellen quality for a great price. Job was completed on time for our renters to move in. They were very pleased.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. I spoke with Phil Harris over the phone and set an appointment to visit his showroom. I brought with me floor plan that I got when viewing the home (a very helpful thing to bring) so that he was able to give a fairly accurate estimate to start with. I also brought a sample of the existing tile and marble front of the fireplace in order to better select a floor color. Phil asked me what I was expecting in the way of traffic and use and provided several options. I was able to pick out the carpeting easily, but was unsure about the flooring. We then set an appointment to come to my home. Phil was punctual and professional. While he did the precise measuring of the areas to be covered, I was able to match up and pick what I felt was the best choice. There was some delay in installation-in part, from myself with other obligations and in part with delays from the manufacturer. But once we set the installation date, it was done in a very timely manner and was finished a day early. The installer, Tommy and his assistant, Bob were very pleasant to work with. They were polite, thoughtful, in they did everything possible to keep the dust down and cleaned up well when they finished. The job was done professionally and with real thought about the outcome, i.e. staggering the boards to truly mimic real hardwood. It could not look better!

The work went well. They worked quickly and did a great job. Everything was left neat and clean. All furniture was returned to it's original place and extra hardwood was left if replacement pieces are needed.
