Description of Work: I have used this company numerous times in the past (since 2010) and will have to use them in the future because, unfortunately, Dale Mayberry is the only person locally who can service one of the Heating/AC units I have. However, if I had a choice of using someone else, I would do so, simply because I feel that this company's charges are WAY out of line! I once was charged $170.00 to remove a small wasp nest from a vent pipe coming out of the side of my house. This procedure took less than three minutes, yet I paid $170.00 which was called a "service minimum." I am always charged a trip/service charge in addition to the labor/service charges, which, of course, are added to the parts charges. Dale Mayberry is a nice person, but Mayberry Heating and Cooling, Inc. is very expensive, in my opinion.

+ -1 moreThe guy is really, really nice. I think he's very honest. He is also helpful. He has helped me in my other house. I had a frozen pipe in the house that I moved out of. I was told by somebody that the furnace needed to be replaced, and he told me that it did not have to be replaced. He tells you when it isn't necessary to spend money.
Description of Work: I suddenly had no heat in my house, so I called them in.
