Aylon to the rescue!! I will never buy an extended warranty again our refrigerator quit working (Sep 12) while I had 9 family members here for my mothers bday. The (Company Name Removed) people told me first available would be Oct 12, I was beyond mad. Called flow (Aylon) and he came the same day. Although he had to wait for a part, Aylon came right back when the part arrived. Professional, friendly and priced right! I will ALWAYS call Flow first!

Aylon was professional and personable and on time. He diagnosed the problem and did a quick fix and did NOT overcharge for what turned out to be pretty simple...something other repair services do. I'd hire him again in an instant.

Repairman was unable to repair my dishwasher.He offered to refund all of my money,but I agreed to accept one half because he was very professional.However,He has never paid me the agreed upon refund and has not answered my text.Could not recommend him.

Excellent customer service! They came out the same day I contacted them. They repaired my gas oven at a very reasonable cost. The technician they sent was very competent and very polite. We will be return customers for any future appliance repairs.

Great job. He came out the day I called and fix our refrigerator the very next day. Very personable, courteous and professional.

Aylon responded to my Angi quote request within MINUTES. And when he came to fix my washer I mentioned my deep freezer was broken and so he fixed that too! I’m very pleased.

Very impressed with Aylon. He was great in communicating, explaining what needed to be done and what the cost would be. We have his card and would happily refer him to others as well as call if we have additional repair issues.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling and I called around for technicians to take a look at it. I couldn't find anyone who could come out before at least a week until I contacted Alon Harris at Flow Appliance repair. He came out that same day and replaced the defective part the next day. Alon has over a decade of experience, is professional, courteous and personable. I recommend him highly.
