+ 0 moreThey came by my house to see the site and I explained my schedule. I had to call to ask for estimate after a week or so went by and was told I would hear from them soon. Another week or so went by and I had to move on to another contractor. I wanted to use these guys but the lack of response made it not possible.
Description of Work: I was seeking the construction of a small out-building.

+ -1 moreStephen understood our situation and they came as quickly as he could step away from the job they were working. The parts needed were on their truck and we were up and running in no time. The experience went extremely well overall
Description of Work: The water line on our side of the meter had come loose from the meter itself. Stephen and his co-worker installed a work box (box with hinged lid for access) in the ground on our side of the meter and placed inside a commercial grade shut-off valve (lever handle) and a pressure reducing valve (per recommendation of the City of Asheville - up to 300 psi on our street). I have re-plumbed a couple of rental houses I've owned myself, and the recommendation for the above devices was something I would not have considered but quickly came to appreciate (with that much pressure, nothing to say it won't blow the water line in the yard - nice to have the pressure reduced for the entire run from the meter). The work Stephen and his guy did was executed perfectly and was spot-on. We are very happy with the outcome and the cost. Honest and hard working gentlemen.
