+ -1 moreDaryl was very honest over the phone. He told me that my washing machine was not worth fixing (I already suspected that.). He could have easily came on a service call but he explained some things to me and ended up not making the appt. I appreciated that.

Description of Work: My dryer was making a strange noise and they showed up promptly, found a safety pin that had been making the noise and removed it. Then they did some preventative maintenance on the machine, wish I appreciated.

+ -1 moreWe had a problem with our washing machine. I called on Thursday and he came out on Friday afternoon. He figured out the problem almost immediately (coins in the pump - they came from my pants pocket and I'm now in trouble with my wife). He took the machine apart, removed the coins, and put it all back together in about an hour. Great service and a fair price. We'll definitely use him again the next time I leave some coins in my pants pocket.
