This company says what they do and do more than they say. Jim the owner came out after the job was done and retouched up some places that he felt didn't look quite right. In my opinion he went way above and beyond what we expected. If you want to have a group with integrity and high standards this is your company. You will not be disappointed

Work was rushed and incomplete. Additional painting and touchup was required after the left.

The crew was excellent. They prepped and painted in 4 days. Some of the prepping involved ivy "footprints". Hard to get off, but they did it.

Well organized team. Always came on promised time. The entire job was done in 2,5 days (exterior staining of 2 store building and 2.5 decks).

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I truly do not know where to begin to let you know what went wrong. We hired them in Sept. 2020. Gave them a deposit of $380.00. They gave us the lowest estimate to pressure wash and paint our deck so we scheduled a date for them to start and problem 1: they called and could not start the date we set due to another job running over three days. Ok, no problem these things happen. Rescheduled and then one man showed up two hours late to pressure wash our deck and back of the house. Started pressure washing and after 4 hours he said he was through. Problem 3:I went and looked and it was only half-finished, dirt still on the boards and the siding on the house had not even been washed at all. Problem 4: said he would be back the next day and showed up at 12 pm to finish the pressure washing but still did not clean out the groves in deck floorboards. Said they would clean these out before painting. Problem 5: scheduled a time when the deck had dried to begin preparations for painting and sanding the floorboards. They said they did not have the equipment to do the sanding but said at the time of hiring they did if I wanted it sanded I had to hire some contractor or do it myself. Problem 6: They did not give us time to get floorboards sanded, they started painting the underneath of the deck 1 coat and the rails 1 coat and Problem 7: as one man was painting our deck (two were hired) the second went to our neighbors house and started pressure washing her house on our time and money. Problem 8: contacted the manager of the company at this point and told her all that had happened. She was very sorry and called the men. They tried to lie and finally said they did us wrong. I told her that this was enough we would find another company. Problem 9: when she comes to get their equipment and tools, they had used sheetrock mud to fill in the cracks on the deck boards and painted over them. We only found this out when we saw the bucket they left on our deck. Note: this happened as we were in quarantine due to the pandemic so Problem 10: the boards (cedar) had to be removed from the top rail and replaced by the company, this took 4 weeks due to shipping issues. Finally got the boards and then we were into November and the winter months and no warm weather to paint and complete the project. Problem 11: the OWNER called and asked what we wanted to do about payment and my jaw hit the floor!! I said I wanted a full refund at this point and long story short, they kept the deposit of $380 no refund. Said it was for the pressure washing and the 5 gallons of paint. We opened the bucket of paint and it had dirt, pine needles, and old rollers in it. The paint was ruined. Today is June 14, 2021, I am submitting this review because after Thanksgiving and Christmas came and went we all contracted Coronavirus. On Jan 14 2021 my mama passed away from Covid-19 and my daddy was in the hospital for 4 months fighting for his life and has end-stage renal failure, my son and myself also had the virus. No, this is not the companys fault by any means... but, today, I am now having to request quotes to complete this project. Our deck still is not complete. 9 months later! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

We are doing more work with them. Weâ ve requested the same painter (Remick) even if we need to wait several weeks for him. He is a detailed and meticulous painter. He had a plan for getting through all first and second coats that maximized time and he cleaned up after himself each day!! Jim (owner) came by daily to check with us on our satisfaction and Remickâ s progress. We plan on having them do additional work in May which we had decided to hold off on but given the great work theyâ ve done and fair prices we are going ahead with remaining rooms in house.

About 7 hours total time for 2 men to paint deck railing and steps. They did a good job but the cost was in my opinion excessive.

This company did excellent work and i would hire them again for any painting that I need done. They arrived on time, cleaned up well and the painting was excellent. A very good job at at good price.

I recommend 360 Painting to anyone who wants to be treated as if they are a VIP! I am 62 years old and I can honestly say that I have never hired a company that was as professional as 360 Painting. 360 did an excellent job power washing and painting our house and staining our porch. The team was very professional, timely and courteous. We highly recommend 360 and will use them again!

Out of all the painting companies I contacted in the area Jim was the quickest to respond. He came out to the house to take measurements and pictures just a couple days later and promptly got me an estimate the next day! I was working with a tight budget and he did everything he could to get me something I would like to that wasn't going to be break my budget. The quality and workmanship was great, the crew even stayed late to finish up what they were in the middle of one day. Everything turned out great! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience getting our home exterior painted. The painters were so hard working and very careful to cover everything that needed to be protected. They were very fast but good! We are very pleased with the finished product.
