West Carolina Water Treatment

The installation of a Hellenbrand back washing filter was much easier than we expected, and it only took about an hour. The owner of the company, Dennis, & his assistant Ken, were punctual & arrived at the scheduled time. We had no experience with one of these devices and had A LOT of questions. Dennis was patient & clearly answered them all. We were quite pleased with the entire project. Thank you Dennis & Ken!

We have been working with Dennis since 2013. Always had a good relationship and good work. He was hired to upgrade and replace water system because we have issues with iron among other problems with our water. His is very professional and knows what he is doing. We most recently sent in water sames for him to have them tested. We have always been patient customers that have paid our bill. We would like to know why Dennis or his mother that works in the office haven't returned any of our emails/calls/texts. We still have issues that he is suppose to continue to work on. Now we don't know what to do because if we switch contractors, will will have to start all over. We feel like we just got dropped for no reason.

Very professional

I spoke with Kathy by phone to schedule an appointment for an estimate. She was professional, helpful and kind. She squeezed me in for the very next day to suit my needs. Dennis appeared on time for the estimate appointment. He was professional, helpful and easy to talk with. He tested our water and looked at our existing system. He said he could fix it and that it didn't need to be replaced (music to my ears) and quoted $400 for the service and 2 obvious repairs. He mentioned that there was a chance he would find other issues when servicing the system. He clearly explained what type of water we have (we have well water with high PH and lots of iron). He also clearly explained what he would do to address our water issues and why. He was very informative. Dennis returned to perform the work four days later. He was again professional and hard working. He made the discussed repairs and only found one additional issue with the system that only cost an additional $10.00. When flushing our tanks he discovered that our water spigot had cracked. After showing us the broken spigot pipe, he obtained our approval to replace that as well. The final cost to repair our existing system and perform an unrelated repair was $505.00. This total was $4000.00 cheaper than a competitor quoted us for a fully replaced system, which we were told at the time was our only solution. For those of you reading this that care not only for the quality of service provided but also for the quality of person performing the work, Dennis was a pleasure to have around and very easy to work with. He was also very respectful that I work from home and unintrusive. We will be calling Dennis and Kathy at WCWT for all future work.

Everything went great. Came on time and completed work as promised. Looking forward to first follow-up visit to change medium in water filtering system. Would recommend and use again if needed.

We searched Angie's for a company to do this work. After explaining our problem (blue water and staining, very high PH level), the person we talked with made our request a priority. Dennis Warwick, the owner, showed up promptly. We were amazed at this man's level of understanding regarding domestic water chemistry and how to treat it. He did testing on the spot and recommended a treatment plan. The equipment was installed at the time and estimate to which we agreed. The work was extremely professional and efficiently accomplished. We even had some outdated equipment which we later found conflicted with the treatment, and Dennis returned, removed the problem (an outdated control) at no cost. Kathy, receptionist and mom, listened very carefully to the problems we have been having with our water treatment system and how we have tried for months to find some to help us. She assured me that I called the right ones and she would send out her son the very next day. The appointment was for 10:30am the next day and Dennis showed up right on time. Dennis is an expert in the water purification field and quickly analyzed the issue and fixed the problem. He even showed me how to clean the filter so I wouldn't have to call him back for just the cleaning. He only charged a service fee and was finished within an hour. He offered further services if we needed them. West Carolina Water Treatment, Dennis and Kathy are excellent service people and I highly recommended them for any water treatment issues.

For all the years I had lived in this house, I had struggled with the water quality, even though there was a water filter. When the house became a rental, the renters complained. So when I decided to put the house on the market, I wanted the water quality issue solved. I read reviews on Angie's List and called West Carolina Water Treatment. I got immediate response and met with Dennis Warwick, one of the owners at the house. He was so knowledgeable. It turns out that the water filter I has been living with for over ten years had never been properly installed! Dennis offered a and quot; part wayand quot; fix, but explained technically what really needed to happen to make the water issues solved completely. The issues were: odor, color, and damage to the plumbing. That is how bad it was. Now with the new water filter, the water tastes great straight out if the faucet. I am not worried about any discoloration of clothes or tubs or toilets, etc. I just wish that I had found West Carolina Water Treatment company when I still lived there!

Dennis came out and gave an estimate submitting a proposal detailing the things he would do. I set an appointment. He was on time, did all the things he had outlined and more. The water is good. The water pressure is great. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend his services.

Dennis Warwick scheduled the visit promptly, arrived on time and tested our water for iron, pH and hardness. Neither the iron content or pH required treatment, but the hardness was excessive. Dennis sized a softener to treat the hardness level in our water and gave me a written quote for the work. Turns out Dennis builds his own softeners from commercial components, which I thought showed uncommon business sense and initiative on his part. The softener was installed on time and at the quoted price and has worked fine. Dennis's work is very neat and professional; he makes very little mess and cleans up after himself. He's courteous and pleasant to have in the house. While he was on the softener job, I mentioned a problem getting hot water from the water heater on one end of the house to the kitchen on the other end. He took it upon himself to research on-site demand heaters and found one that would supply the small amount of hot water we wanted for sink-washing dishes. Then we found that we didn't have an electric circuit with enough available amperage given the appliances already on the circuit. Dennis came up with the idea to install a double throw switch on the diswasher circuit where only the diswasher or the heater could be on at any time, but not both at the same time. Again, the quote, installation and final cost were done professionally and timely. I highly and unconditionally recommend West Carolina Water Treatment and Dennis Warwick.
