+ -1 moreOur hot tub (which is at least 7 years old) developed a leak. We were anxious to have it fixed promptly because it is at a vacation rental home and there were guests renting the house. We called this company because it was the only hot tub store we knew existed in the Waynesville area, and is the store where the spa was purchased. It took a long time to diagnose the problem and fix the leak. The next month, the spa stopped heating the water, and we again called on this company. We were told that we needed a new "pack", costing $570, which had to be ordered. The wrong one was sent, so we had to wait longer to get the spa repaired. I had to call to get the literature that came with the new pack, and instead of a nice plastic-coated instruction sheet, I was emailed a photocopy- not what you would want to leave outside by the spa for guests to refer to. This company just seems too busy to give thorough, efficient service. We're looking around for another spa company in the area.
Description of Work: On 11/21/13- Replaced impeller, washers and seal. On 12/11/13- Installed complete new Nordic pack, M-7, 6 month warranty.
