SPENCER AUCTION & APPRAISAL

The appraiser came to the house, arrived early, before our agreed upon tome, by one hour. They had me wak them through the house and described what or if any improvements where made to the property. They did tell me that they had appraised other property on our street in the past and it was an exceptional and desired area to live in. After measurements where and pictures taken, they would get the apprisal together and get it sent out via the mail within a week. When we received the appraisal, we were taken back. The apprisal came in over $250,000 lower than a previous appraisal that was completed about three weeks prior. They really under estimated the value of my property. Houses that they compared our house too where no where comparable to what was given to us three weeks earlier. We did not inform them that this was a second appraisal on our home, this way we knew where our true value of our property would be worth.
