Description of Work: Designed and built a retaining wall in our side yard. They did a great job - it looks wonderful and the landscaping that they removed to build the wall is now replanted and looks better than it did before

I cannot recommend Tarver highly enough. While weather and a busy schedule created some initial delays, once he and his crew started they worked diligently to finish up the construction mess left behind after a year of building additions to my cabin. It was well worth the wait. He had a vision, combined with my own and created an environment ready to plant and pave as I desire. Tarver himself was on the job 120% of the time, working alongside his crew of 3 others. They brought all their own equipment, cleaned up each day and did not leave a speck of trash. He gave a very fair price and did what he said he would do, if not more. Tarver is amazingly personable and polite, as is his crew. They waste no time when on the job and effect their plan efficiently. The scope of what he did including finishing the grade on a very steep mountain slope to create some precious flat areas. He connected a new sewer line to feed into the original. He collected all the downspouts and redirected them into water storage vessicles. He cut and limbed several trees that were dangerous or obstructed a view, cutting the logs to movable sizes and stacking neatly. He moved large boulders into aesthetic locations. He made gentle paths to access various parts of the lower patio, garden area. He removed the old rain-destroyed flagstone patio, regraded and gravelled to prep for the new patio. He dug out an old ruined 3 tier landscaped area and recreated a garden space with 2 levels and flagstone steps. He mulched all the plantable area and limed/seeded/ strawed other areas for grass to grow. On a different part of the property he staked back pines that were at risk of falling over. I look forward to his next project here which will be to build a split rail fence around the new hardscaped areas. Tarver is one of a couple contractors who worked on my large project that I would recommend without reservation. [tried to attach fotos, some could not be rotated, sorry. Will update once grassed and landscaped and fenced by Tarver.]

They are extremely good at what they do. He charges by the job. We've referred them to others.
Description of Work: They've done a lot of work for us. They've landscaped a hill, cleared it all out and then planted it. They dug roads for us.
