Description of Work: Installed heatpump in November 2011. Needed a servicing this spring (2012) and they did not answer their calls at any number and still had an answering machine connected to their business phone which messages to it were completely ignored without any explanation.I had found out their lisence was revoked. I understand this could be for any reason, but they did not have the courtesy to let their customers know. I had called several local phone numbers, as they live in the area and they had been disconnected. I don't know what their current status is, and don't even feel like finding out. If they are back in business I would never use them again anyway.

+ -1 moreI had used them before years ago and I knew their reputation, so I used them again. They did a good job. They did a very neat job. I guess they were pressured for time and so they did not come exactly when they said they would. The work was done in a good timeframe once they got here. They did have some problems with the heat pump itself, but that was not their mistake, so they came back several times to do something for that. It is working great and we have not had any problems. They are a good company and they are reliable and honest. They do a good job and you can depend on them for sure.
