They did a beautiful job clearing all the dead wood from my long row of huge white pines, treated my hemlock and dogwoods, pruned my big silver maple, and prunrsythiared back my immense forsythia.

Every interaction with Element Arbor was professional and pleasant. They gave a clear quote and provided all services as listed. The original date had to be changed due to weather but they rescheduled quickly. I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about our experience with Element Arbor! Will DEFINITELY use them again and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

Nicholas is a very experienced and knowledgeable certified arborist who gave me an excellent evaluation of the tree and alternatives to consider. I really appreciated his assistance.

I just had Christine and Arron here doing maintenance and shaping of the trees in our yard. Christine and Arron and indeed professional in their approach to creating a shape which will endure. Watch those who know what they are doing compared to my attempts at tree sculpting, was eye opening. I can not tell you how pleased I am with their work and attention to detail.

We hired Element because of a previous job they done that was A+ across the board. They fell a huge 3’ diameter tree For $800, in the rain, quickly and cleaned up nice. This time around though I was astonished that he wanted $125 for the estimate alone. Then the price for this new job which was just a few smaller 1”-6” trees that was overhanging on my house and a birch tree that was less than 12” diameter was all of a sudden $2200. I felt I had to hire him or I’d be out $125. After the job was done, Nick wasn’t present, I really didn’t feel like $2200 worth of work was done. I’ll go with someone else that won’t charge 3 figures for an estimate next time. Plenty of contractors give free estimates, that’s how you compare services and Nick didn’t believe in that. His time was obviously more valuable than ours and I felt he had to let us know that. **I noticed the prices on his earlier jobs in the reviews were much more reasonable than the later jobs, just like in my situation.

I have a giant oak tree in my yard that's beginning to decay, then got struck by lightning. Nick came up to give an estimate, showed my how they can remove dead limbs and prune others that are creating stress on the tree. His crew did great. They are professional, safety minded, and cleaned up before they left. I'd highly recommend.

When the owner came to give me an estimate six months ago I was quite pleased with what he offered me and found him very pleasant to work with. Today the team came came to trim 25% of the weight off the branches of my large spreading maple tree because it looked like it was going to split down the middle! They involved me in the process and included my input about aesthetics, while considering the health of the tree. They were a very pleasant trio of professionals who were passionate about trees! I was well cared for and I will certainly call them again when I need tree service. I highly recommend this company.

Unbelievable service and great attitudes! These guys are the best. They took out two huge trees and four more smaller ones in a timely and professional manner - with a very small crew mind you. To say I was impressed is an understatement.

All went very well and the crew was efficient, courteous and cleanup was top notch. They arrived when they said they would and unlike my dealings with other tree service, they did what they said they would do and explained in detail how they were going to do it. Griffin was great - very knowledgeable and personable. Very honest, hard-working young men. I love everything they did and will have them back out soon to remove one - two old trees that have seen better days. Excellent clean-up. Best prices as well. The guys arrived on time, got to work immediately and did a knock-out job. Removed one tree and did not damage any of the plants around it. When trimming the tree they explained why they trimmed it the way they did. When we had additional questions they willingly answered them, greatly increasing our knowledge of the trees we have. Very knowledgeable and friendly guys. We highly recommend them.

These are certified arborists, whose work seemed very professional throughout. Lots of fancy aerial work, with ropes and climbing gear, not a bucket truck. All work was completed as specified, for the agreed price. These are not just "some guys with chain saws"...

I couldn't have asked for better work. The workers showed at the precise time scheduled. The work was too large for the first day and scheduled another appointment then for a week later. Explained every part of the process clearly and asked for my questions. The work was great, the clean-up was excellent, and the overall service was wonderful. Nicholas was so nice, pleasant, professional, and just a good and respectful fellow. I definitely recommend it.

EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN THE BEST !!

It went like always, perfect! In, work done, total cleanup done and couldn't tell they had been here other than all the trees gone and the total back fence line cleared. The wife and I love always love their work! Just to watch them at work is a performance of skill and mastery in it's self!!! When I say cleanup, they don't leave anything behind, not even a twig. I asked them if they could some of the wood chips behind along the fence line. They were glad to, they used the hardwood and chipped it up along the fence line then bush-hogged over them when they bush-hogged the fence line. It looks beautiful, even I didn't expect it to come out so good.

It went great! They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done so we would understand and went above and beyond work wise. Our trees look gorgeous and we feel safer knowing that our trees are healthy. A+ would recommend.
