Description of Work: Charlie did anything and everything we asked him to do. He cut our grass, blew off leaves (we have over an acre). He built steps for our shed and repaired a broken file cabinet. He has been able to do everything we asked of him and does it with a smile. We are so glad we found him. He is reasonable, prompt and very professional. We would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Charlie hauled away all of the construction scraps we had stacked in the yard during our kitchen and flooring remodel. The stack had grown so much we were overwhelmed by it. Charlie, however, was not! He quoted his price, we agreed and he got right to work. He made quick work of it and the mess was gone in a little over an hour!

Description of Work: Work is on going. Mr Price has returned my property to better shape than it was in when purchased. The property was winterized and I didn't return until the middle of May. Everything was over grown and you couldn't even see the creek that runs through the front yard. He has trimmed, mowed,cleaned out the creek, removed junk and beautified the property to how it should be. Mr Price is a very hard worker and his work ethics are nothing short of honorable. Absolutely deserves every single A!!!!! I would highly recommend him to any one. Thank you Mr Price for all your hard work and professionalism. TY Angie's List

+ -1 moreCharlie was always on time. His work is impeccable. He listens to my needs and does exactly what is need him to do. He is kind, courteous, and flexible. He knows my design of my house and I don't consistently have to tell him what i want. He is an expert at what he does!
Description of Work: removed trees, limbs, and branches from the property. Cleaned out several ditches. Applied gravel, mulch, and brick nuppits to front of house and courtyard. Also removed the leaves, branches, and fallen trees from the back of the house.

+ -1 moreCharlie works very quickly and efficiently.. so I find his hourly rate fair. He has worked for me for many years and has become like a member of the family. It is nice to know that I can call him and he will be here within a day. In an emergency even faster. He also works for my sister who lives next door to me. She finds him to be trustworthily, hardworking and willing to do anything we need!
Description of Work: Charlie did a complete winter clean up of my property, carried away the debris, mowed, fertilized, seeded. We have been troubled by a groundhog under the decks and Charlie attached a heavy screening around the deck, dug it down, looks good! He also is willing to do handyman work in my home. I am a senior and unable to climb a ladder, or kneel down on the floor. Chores that require these skills are done by him and very well at that.
