C & C Pest Control

C&C was very polite and prompt. They were reasonable priced, however they failed to bill escrow so I had to track them down to ask them to be able to pay for their services. They missed termites. That cost me $1100 after the home purchase. They missed the bat poop that cost me $5500 after home purchase. Had they done their job properly, I could have had the seller pay for these expenses. In the end, it was the most expensive pest inspection I have ever had. Do NOT use them.

While they were personable and responsive, they do not appear to be a quality business. They forgot to bill me. I had to remind them several times before an invoice was prepared. I almost gave up. During the home inspection, I had to point out bat guano that they would have totally missed. I later had Terminix come out when I was having pest problems and they noted a terrible termite infestation that the proved to me. Do not use this company. I am very disappointed that they completely missed so many major issues. They did not take the time to do a proper inspection and I did not trust them to maintain my log home free of pests.
