She was willing to take us to see houses on short notice and did a lot of little extras for us like negotiating for a home warranty (which the sellers paid for), making extra trips to the house to meet a chimney inspector, getting us some information about having our malfunctioning windows serviced under warranty, etc. She recommended an affordable pest inspector as well as an affordable painter to work on the house after we bought it. Holly and her new colleague, Laura, were wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. She helped us find a great house that met our specifications and helped us negotiate the short-sale process with ease. She knows the local real estate market well.

Don't let the meager store front and small office lead you astray. This is a powerhouse of a team, well established in the area. Holly has sold multiple commercial properties as well as residential. She is a real estate investor herself, so can offer expertise in making successful local investments. She has worked with small parcels and million dollar properties to celebrities. She has a pleasant cheerful demeanour and a positive attitude when the deal turns south. I was more than happy in the end and Holly proved her worth when things became difficult.
