Description of Work: Since our house is on a mountain side, our septic tank is not where it would be expected. The first day Mr Birchfield came out, they couldn't find it. He had to come back again after we had gotten a plat layout from the county building dept. There had been some alterations since the plat was drawn 30 years ago, so he still had to do more searching to find the tank. Even though there was a miserably cold rain that day and they did a lot of extra work, they did an excellent job and only charged what was originally quoted. I expected the extra work would have and should have, cost more. I would gladly recommend this company. |

+ -1 moreMr Birchfield and two helpers came to my home and were there approximately 45 minutes. They pumped out my septic tank and cleared a line going into the drain field. They were very professional, on time and worked very quickly.

Description of Work: Contacted both brothers after sewage backup in my mountain home while I was 300 miles away and friends were staying there. Quick response (on a weekend) from Curtis, who confirmed the next day that the problem was above the tank. Same quick response from his brother, Carroll, who gave me a reasonable quote, refused to take money ahead of time for supplies, and got the job done cleanly in 48 hours. Fair, quick, and quality work.

+ -1 moreI called Mr. Birchfield and he responded immediately. He coordinated his visit with personnel from the county well permit office. He answered all my questions and handled the job quickly and professionally. I sent a check and had an itemized receipt sent back to me within a week, as I live in a different state. I would recommend his services.
Description of Work: I needed to have my septic tank located for a well permit. He located the septic tank, pumped it, replaced a broken part and cleaned up.
