+ -1 moreLarry was very responsive and came to our house several times. He did not charge us for all of these service visits. He returned calls and was always polite. He worked h****** the motor, and I have no problem with the work he did. He made a good argument for replacing the motor. He simply was not able to further accurately diagnose and correct the problem. We still are unplugging and resetting our hot tub daily.
Description of Work: We called Larry because our Jacuzzi brand hot tub heater was not being controlled by the thermostat. The hot tub would heat until it reached a maximum temperature that then caused the hot tub to turn off. We had to constantly reset the circuit (tub unplugged, then plugged back in) to run the hot tub. Larry replaced the motor and impeller, thinking that the system was overheating due to a bad motor (this had already been replaced some years ago, apparently by the "wrong" motor). The new motor and impeller installed by Aqua-Dock did not fix the problem. We paid $480, have a new motor, but still have to manually reset the tub to keep the heater working.

+ -1 moreLarry Herr came out and fixed it. He assured me that if I had any further problems he would come back out and fixed them right away. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and I will definitely use him again.
