Susan and one of here workers came out to do a pre-sale inspection. That all went fine, but she recommended installing a new alarm and doing some service work on the drain field. I've tried to reach her for months and she either never returns my calls or blows me off if i get through. Totally unprofessional.

I had originally submitted a review of this company for this work in May. Although they damaged a chain link fence in two locations, did serious damage to a gate and did not properly reinstall the fencing they had to take down to get their equipment in the yard, I gave them a favorable review since I no longer had raw sewage in my back yard. However, during the course of this work, they also dug up and damaged the gas line between the propane tank and the house, which they supposedly fixed and reburied. I have been increasingly uneasy about this and had the propane company out to check. There was a serious gas leak that required replacement of the line. The propane representative told me in no uncertain terms that the leak was at a splice and, under no circumstances, would they use that type of fitting. No other company or individual has worked on that line in the over five years I have lived in this house and it has been working perfectly until this year. While the line was being repaired, this was reported to Norwood. Uninvited, he and a woman came to the house while the propane line repair was being finished. The repairman told him the same thing as he told me. Neither Norwood nor the woman that was with him acknowledged my presence after I handed him the piece of pipe with the fitting. As he was leaving, I asked how would be best to get in touch with him. He became verbally abusive and, after I reminded him that his crew caused the damage and fixed it incorrectly, he proceeded to curse explosively and extensively at me. I recommend in the strongest possible terms that this company be avoided under any circumstances. The unprofessionalism and refusal to accept responsibility for his crew's damage totally outweighs any possible price comparison. The potential hazard to my family and my animals is inexcuseable and his treatment of me is unconscionable. The county maintains a list of companies in the area - there were several dozen on the list I was given.

CALLED FOR SEPTIC TANK CLEANING. THEY NO LONGER DO THIS.

WT NORWOOD GAVE A FAIR ESTIMATE; IT WAS IN LINE W/OTHERS RECEIVED. THEY WORKED QUICKLY & REPAIRED THE LAWN TO OUR SATISFACTION.
