called to get an estimate for lawn care was going to go out and give a estimate but was never contacted again.

I was coordinating them with a power washer coming later that afternoon to the same property and they arrived right on time and provided great service - the yard was noticeably better looking after they left. I would definitely use them again for yard maintenance.

The owner is very friendly, but the service wasn't very good. They didn't totally clean up the yard - left piles of leaves in the backyard. He was supposed to cut down a holly bush, but didn't do it. Very disappointed.

We had him schedule the appointment. About a week and a half ago he never showed. I have called him five times and left him messages and he has not gotten back to me. I have decided to get a refund on the deal.

Was on time and budget and did a very food job.

There were issues with initial contact and follow-thru after the estimate of work.

Following my purchase of the Angie's List Big Deal for landscape maintenance, the owner (Darren) immediately contacted me to set up a time for when he could come out and perform the services. At the time I was impressed by his promptness. We scheduled a date and time and I walked him through what I was looking to have done. On the appointment day he did not show up or call to reschedule. I called him and tried to reschedule, which we did for the following week. I called a day before the rescheduled appointment to confirm he was still able to come but only received his voicemail so I left a message. I received no response and he again did not show up or call to reschedule. Since the second missed appointment, I have called him several times and left him at least 3 messages to which I have received absolutely no response. I think the way this was handled was highly unprofessional particularly given I had pre-paid for the service. I will be requesting a full refund and would not recommend this service provider.

Darren and his team came to do some general yard cleanup at my house. He came out to detail the work done as I bought one of his Angie's List Super Savers. I was very impressed as they were on time and did a great job. It was definitely worth it and I would use them again in the future. Thanks Darren!

Awesome! It was a great experience. Darren called me shortly after I purchased the coupon and he was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule. They arrived just a few minutes late since they had to unload the trailer first but they completed the allocation of time with no problem. We reviewed what needed to be done. He had a crew of two with him and all worked with no idle time standing around. They did a truly wonderful job and paid careful attention to details. Darren was familiar with the shrubbery I had and knew exactly what to prune and how much. They edged and weeded the beds and topped with pine mulch or pine straw according to the bed. They were very cordial and professional and asked throughout is it was done the way I wanted it. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.

Overall went great! Easy from scheduling through completion. Would do business with again!

Cut my overgrown shrubs and cleaned up around them. They had been neglected so it was alot of work. They did an excellent job.

The services they performed were leaf removal, edge trimming, and plant removal. They did an excellent quickly and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

We bought an Angie's List coupon for them.? They did a great job of pulling out some of our old shrubs and so forth.? It was all fine.? They were good.? They worked very promptly and got it finished.? They did a great job.

Arrived on time set by appointment. Discussed what to do and explained and agreed on the job performed. Cleaned up all after the job and left and said he would give me a quote on some other jobs I may do this year.

This is the second year that I have used his help and I can't say enough good things about him. Don't think that you are seeing double if two show up.....he has a twin brother!

Darren was responsive and easy to work with. They showed up an hour late, but called in advance to let us know. Everything came out as expected and our yard looks much much much better. We're planning to do some planting in the spring and will call DES to do it.

It appears they were overbooked. We were not able to schedule them for the work. I have no problems with this company.

I had called Darren to do some work for me before I even knew he had a Big Deal. He came out to my home and we discussed doing an annual contract. I then saw he was offering a Big Deal and purchased one for a lawn clean-up. I called him last week to schedule an appointment and he said he was a little behind due to the rain (we only had one day of rain). He said he would be out today but never mentioned a time. I called him yesterday to see when he would be here but I never heard back from him. I am canceling this deal due to him being unresponsive.

Their team was on time and arrived with 4 people ready to work. Work it was because the clay soil was like digging through brick and they worked extremely hard. No suprises everything was done as discussed , a very professional team that I would use again and would recommend to anyone.

darren was punctual and very nice. i purchased a fall cleanup package and he and his crew did a great job. however, it got awkward when i asked for a quote to pick up all the leaves in my yard. the communication could have been better/more clear. he quoted $75 (this priced was discussed twice) and i accepted. when he and his crew finished the job, he said it was $75 per hour - not $75 total. i felt it was clear the rice quoted was for the total job, not per houe. it suddenly became a very awkward, uncomfortable experience.

The Big Deal that I purchased said it was for 4 man hours with a $300.00 value. I understood that it would be 1 man for 4 hours, 2 men for 2 hours etc. When I asked about anything that was additional, he told me that it would be $25.00 per man hour. Based on those rates, the 3 men at my home for a little over an hour is only valued at $75.00 so it wasn't really a deal. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and informative. He reached out to me to set up an appointment but the deal wasn't as good as I thought I was getting.

Darren contacted me the day after I purchase the deal. I told him I was going out of town and when I would be back and he called me soon after I returned to set up a date. He and his colleague arrived on time Nd did a great job of cutting back grasses, perennials, rose bushes, and cleaning up leaves. The yard and patio looked great when they were done.

I bought a special offer deal that included 4 hours of labor for essentially any yard work for $149. Initially, it was a little tough to get in contact with Darren, but after I saw the quality of work, I assume his phone rings non stop. I described the specific areas of the yard for his team to address and he had a team out the next day to do the work. All I can say is "wow". I came home to find our bushes perfectly trimmed, weeds/plant beds looking sharp, the lawn mowed/edged, and not a bit of debris anywhere to be found. The level of detail and attention was noticable and he even called to give advice/tips for various areas of the lawn. There's no doubt I will call on him again for his services. I ended up paying $175 even though the charge was only $149 just because of how much I appreciated the quality of their work.

They did it with professionalism and no surprises. I would definitely use them again.
