Description of Work: Put fertilizer and weed killer on my lawn.

Description of Work: Landscaped the backyard to include walkways and a flagstone patio. The majority of the plantings were very small and the quantity was not what we had expected plus quite a few died. The flagstone patio caved after a few thunderstorms and actually broke in a few places (part of it sits on a slope and they used concrete type sand that disintegrated) after a few calls and emails I did finally hear back but they have yet to stop by to see what needs to be done, it's already been over 2 weeks.

Description of Work: Difficult to communicate with. Did not return calls. Had trouble accepting that weeding was part of the job. Sprayed a new bush with weed eater and part of it died. Edging was done in such a way that the area between the grass and natural area grew way too much. Didn't like to be corrected.

Description of Work: The last work D E S did for us was to cut shrubs. It's not the fact that they do terrible work when they come, it's that they are not dependable. Since then we have been trying for over a month to contact Darrin regarding leaf removal and he has not bothered to return a call and there have been numerous attempts to reach him. We have been left with our yard looking terrible and the leaves causing a drainage problem in the street gutter. Over the two years or so that we have used him, his work performance has been fair but he has not been regular and has required follow ups. Many times they have not performed the tasks in the manner that I asked them to. D E S 's price is very reasonable but the quality and timeliness of the work is not there.

Description of Work: sent an email to the address listed requesting a quote for regular lawn mowing service on 7/8/2009. I listed the yard's dimensions, asked that areas where a lawn mower wouldn't reach to be trimmed with a weed whacker and the sidewalk should be edged.
